Foodpanda — inappropriate behaviour of the delivery guys and late delivery

Yesterday i ordered 2 pizzas via foodpanda at 9.21 pm the estimated delivery time was 1 hour (Too much for a pizza delivery) still i decided to wait patiently. I had guests over so was constantly keeping a watch on time. Exactly after 1 hour 10 mins i start calling the delivery guy to enquire about the delivery, he tells me there was a problem with his vehicle and that the order has been redirected to someone else. I tell him to give me that fellows number but he disconnected the call. Meanwhile i decided to ping the customer service to let them know about the delay. Guess what i don't read anything part from, "sorry for the inconveniences, thank you for your patience, the guy is on his way and the food will be delivered in 3-4 mins" i ping them to give me a call along with the details of the next delivery guy and guess what they disconnect the chat! Like, seriously? The time was running and i was so embarrassed to keep my guest waiting hungry it was more that 1.30 mins that we waited, 11 pm i spoke to the 2nd delivery guy, i was really really furious and started yelling at the delivery boy. He simply puts the blame on the pizzarella owner saying that the order wasn't ready with them and that he's waiting at the cafe to collect the pizza. I was like seriously who are you fooling, 2 hours now and they haven't prepared the food? I demanded to speak to the owner, there's dead air and i could hear 2 guys giggling behind and he simply disconnects my call and refuses to answer any of my calls henceforth. This made my temper shot like a volcano. I grew anxious and decided to call pizzeria at 11.30 pm (Trust me, you don't want to mess with a hungry girl) the owner was really really understanding and explained me in detail what had really happened. He continues to tell me, that the 1st order was ready at 10 pm sharp but he got a notification from foodpanda notifying him that my house is far to deliver food and that the customer has cancelled the order. Poor chap has to give away the food to the beggars as it became cold and soggy. And after a while he gets a notification saying that foodpanda will send another delivery guy to pick the order as they have decided to deliver now, without complaining he prepared the food the 2nd round which was ready at 10.40pm and that the delivery guy left with food at 11 pm only. I continued explaining him that i spoke to the delivery fellow the same time and he tells me that he's still waiting at the cafe at 11.10 pm for the pizza to be made. It was high time that i waited and i wanted to cancel my order and i continued to tell that to the customer service and to my surprise they won't take up the request and still ask me to wait for 3-4 mins. I had given up hopes and decided to cook when at 12.09 am 2 delivery guys come at my door step with the delivery one of them had red eyes seemed to be drunk. * i mean why 2 men for a delivery at a girls house at 12 in the night?* when i asked them why was it so late for the food to arrive one of the fellow points his finger at me and arrogantly asked if i want the pizza or no? I yelled at him this is no way to talk to a customer. With that arrogant attitude he says, i won't give it cancel the order or do whatever you want to do. I took both of their pictures as i was really scared and decided to back mysel[censored]p. He grew furious and started calling people, started yelling in my corridor and just won't give me my food which i paid for. I threatened him to call the cops as it was midnight and didn't want to create a ruckes. The other fellow started to calm him down and they started to leave with the delivery, i literally had to snatch one of the box from his hands. The other fellow came towards me when all my family members came out and my dad raised his voice. When i got the box inside to open it i noticed the box to be soaking in rainwater and almost 3/4th of the pizza wet and soggy. I waited for 2 and a half hours for a wet soggy pizza which i had to throw away. My sister and i couldn't sleep after this almost life threating incident.
I want a reimbursement as the food i received wasn't appropriate to eat and because of the unprofessional delivery goons.
