I had placed an order with foodpanda on 18 sep 2018 and paid the amount through my paytm wallet. The order was not fulfilled and i received an sms that amount would be refunded. I patiently waited for 10 working days but the money was not received. I sent several emails but every time they respond with same automated response that there was some technical glitch in the refund process and they have escalated this matter andvthe money would come in 7-10 working days. They are not ready to share transaction details of when the refund was processed from their side. When i contacted their support team on chat the first time none of them responded for over an hour. 10 days later when i tried again they dragged the chat for over an hour. They kept on changing the operator and each operator would ask same set of questions and give same set of response. It was a mental torture dealing with them.
After nearly a month of follow up my money is still not received abd i don't think i will ever receive it unless i drag them to court.
Foodpanda is a fraud company cheating and robbing hard earned money from its customers. They should be dragged to consumer court and slapped with hefty penalty and also should ve blacklisted from operating. Was this information helpful? |
