Now I am a very loyal and consistent foodpanda user. I have paced orders for all across the country and never once placed an issue till now. It's unbelievable how uncooperative the customer care services have become. Now I have faced two consecutive foodpanda issues in two consecutive days. The first problem was quickly resolved, however my food was delayed by an hour.
The main issue that I am facing right now is the order I placed from one of the restaurants called Masala Delight. In the app you type in your location and they show you restaurants that deliver to your place. However after the payment and confirmation. The order went to the other address in another locality altogether and never reached me. I had once placed an order from that other address, but this time I had specifically chosen Ashram as the locality and placed the order for that address. Now when I complained to the customer care, he made me believe that Masal Delight doesn't deliver in Ashram at all. However in the image I have shared, which is a screenshot from the app, you can see that his statement was false. So he made me believe that I made a confused mistake when it was indeed a technical glitch on their part. Now they are refusing to refund the amount I paid or admit to their fault. I require a refund of INR 245 and a sincere apology for all the inconvenience that has been caused due to their confusion. I neither got the food or my money back. Was this information helpful? |
