I was a new foodpanda customer and in my first experience in itself I have ordered from foodpanda twice and order got cancelled both the time even after money being deducted from my credit card. I used there pathetic customer chat system where the representative is least bothered about solving customer complaint and kept on disconnecting chat several time.
Later some foodpanda representative confirmed there will be discount voucher given to me due to the inconvenience caused by foodpanda and for that I have to get back on chat to avail the voucher during my next order.
I tried reaching the customer care representative for this and every time they disconnected the chat without giving any positive feed back or solution.
This is one of the worst food ordering app I have ever used and I seriously recommend not to use this app and waste money and time behind it. Very disappointing and worthless experience faced by me by using foodpanda app. If this is the state of functioning of this app then I am sure this app company will not survive for even a month and will be shut down.
