I own a Ford Fiesta ZXi 2009 Diesel Model.its very simple to say that the Fortune Ford service is the worst service given by an any car dealer /Maker in India.
Definetely you can "Feel the Difference" with the ford by such an Worst Service provided by them as any car or Automobile maker/dealer cannot provide in India.
That to Fortune Ford has an exceptional Negligence skills in handling the customers.Giving a car to service means you are missing the car for at least few days of time, you cannot know the status of your car,Simply they will throw it in their service centre for a few days .Your service advisor will never call you up untill you keep on irritating them.After your continous follow ups they will say we will soon get back to you. and when the next time you call they will say SIR YOUR CAR IS READY. when you reach the service centre simply you will find people washing your car.
What ever the issues reported most of them remains the same.

I had a similar experience very recently, I bought a FORD FIGO from FORTUNE FORD and got the same kind of treatment from them..very irresponsible people.. we are sailing in the same boat. Good luck with your next purchase.

I will definitely think twice before buying a FORD CAR next time, particularly if it is from FORTUNE FORD. Their biggest problem is lack of any idea about what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. This is causing a lot of anguish and pain to their customers, I hope this will throw some light and they come up with some kind of HELP DESK system where they address their customer complaints.

For all the (UN)FORTUNE FORD Customers out there, I would like to hear similar experiences from you, please feel free and keep this thread alive. May be we will save our brothers and sisters out there from all the pain.

    Dear Micheal,
    i regret to inform you that none of the promises, mentioned in your SERVICE PLEDGE are being adhered to by your team, atleast not at Capital Ford, Bhubaneswar,Odisha. I have nothing personal against Ford nor Capital however i have been taken to task by these guys in the past couple of weeks and i have finally given up coz i neither have the time nor the inclination to keep bickering about mundane issues such as this.I am staying at Cuttack and regular for my office but for a tiny problem i visited more then two times and finally got nothing and i was there to listen there is no spare parts.If Capital Ford is single Show room in Odisha,it has to maintain its own advantages for betterment of coustmers.But finally you failed.So just make make me clear, how many times again i have to visit Capital Ford and stand in those Que only for a little combiner switch.

      Hi,
      I purchased FORD FIGO from SOUTHCITY FORD NOIDA on 16th June'10.(DL3C BM 7570 , ANSHUMAN MITRA) Since the day I purchased this car , i have been facing issues. The car was delivered with scratches on the bumper. I was told that the bumper would be changed , so i took the delivery . The bumper was replaced in the next week. Then after some time the paint on the stereo started falling in junks. I again complaint in the showroom. After several follow ups with the staff the outer panel of the stereo was replaced. Then i gave the car for the first servicing after a month. When i went to collect the car, footmates of the car were missing.The foot-mates, as per the service manager were stolen by the workers or were put in some other car after servicing! I was told to purchase another set from the market.The bill for this was reimbursed after few visit to the service station.
      Now there is some strange kind of sound coming from the rear side of the car...i visited several times to get it rectified but despite of several inspection, the staff is not able to correct the problem. The services being provided in SOUTHCITY FORD NOIDA are pathetic, the staff is not at all concerned. May be the Management is not aware of the issues going on as the information is not esclated to the top managers.       Even i agree that the services being provided in fSOUTHCITY FORD service station is pathetic. The management is really poor and is not capable of handling complaints.The staff is irresponsioble and not at all co-operative.
      I agree, not this dealer, most of the Ford Dealers are the same. This is why brands like Ford, GM, Skoda is failing in India.

        Good day

        I'm from South AfricaI bode a Ford fiesta demo about two months ago from a car dealer and it was broad to my attention that the car was not standard as it should be ,I post a commend to Ford Fury Silverton head office and every time the story chance at first it was told that Ford made a mistake and the car had to be sold lake that then they told me that it does not came standard fitted with one and then only the 2010 and onwards will have a manufactured fitted radio ,the last mail I got from them was it came standard and it does not even have the rite amound of speakers only have two in,but because I didn’t bode it new from Ford (it's a demo)that they can't get involved, every time it’s a story on top of a story so what will the next story be, it’s excuses and unprofessional from them .it seems that they want do sweep it under the rug and think that it’s going to disappear ,if there is at the slates that someone can help and direct

          Hi ,
          I bought a Ford FIGO on the 3rd of Aug from your Pal Prateek ford
          dealership in Haldwani , India and it had hardly been 20 days since my purchase that the car was flooded with water on the inside foot boards
          . Now just to let you know - there was no water clogging in the area the car was parked and I didn't drive through any flooded areas either - it was just left in the parking lot with a heavy overnight shower .
          Now my question to you is and I want you to empathize with me - Would you as a person buying a brand new car and finding it flooded in just 20 days of its purchase take the same defective car back and wait till the next year for it to develop more problems ???
          I have mailed the customer care earlier . Had already taken it to the Haldwani service station to get it checked they removed the water and assured me it wont happen again only for me to drive back to
          Nainital and keep the car overnight and have the same problem again .I have already left the car at the dealership and am super pissed - would either like my money back or the car replaced for a new one .My work is suffering due to their negligence and would like to remind them about their service pledge . it has already been 15 days since i left my
          car.

            I HAVE BEEN FACING EXTREMELY POOR SEVRVICE AT YOUR MANGALORE CAUVERY FORD WORKSHOP FOR A LONG TIME.IN THE LAST 6MONTHS I HAVE INCURRED BILLS OF NEARLY 1 LAKH WITH RECURRENT VISITS AFTER EVERY SUBSEQUENT REPAIR AT THE WORKSHOP.THE CAR IS BEING KEPT OVERNIGHT FOR EVERY REPAIR JOB WITH THE SAME EXCUSE THAT THE SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE .
            THE MANAGER MR. TILAK SHETTY CLAIMS EVERYTHING IS FINE BUT I SUSPECT THERE IS DEFINITELY SOME EXCHANGE OF PARTS AND REMOVAL OF NORMAL PARTS WHICH IS CAUSING THESE PROBLEMS.
            KINDLY INVESTIGATE THE HAPPENINGS AT THE WORKSHOP TO MAINTAIN THE REPUTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS COMPLAINT AT THE EARLIEST.

            yes it was really true.i have bought the new model ford ikon in feb 2009.since then i too face problems with tristar ford rajahmundry .they never attend the vehicle before one hour and they finally say u pls leave the car .last week when i left the car for repair of AC they said they can give in the evening, when i returned back all they could find was problem in the coil, no spars. when i saw kilometer reading they have used my car more than 40 kms.when i asked they said trial.i argued for some time and what to do turned back.
            actually i have taken extended warrenty for my vehicle by paying around 13000/-.that is ford company is giving warrenty for 2 yrs and when u pay they extended it to 4 yrs. but now i want to cancel that i take back the money .

              I am writing this mail with pain and shock of discovering the pathetically low level of service from your dealer MPL Ford.

              My experience makes me to arrive at some conclusions about Ford and Your Network:

              1. The executives commitments to customer may not necessarily be that from Company.
              2. The leaders of the executive need not honour commitment made by their executive.
              3. Whenever your member says we would get back to you, it only means either of the following:
              a. DO NOT DISTURB ME, or
              b. IF YOU CALL BACK I WILL GIVE YOU INFO

              It was more evident to me as my earlier experiences with Hyundai have been far better and cannot even be compared. I own Hyundai product and that is also my 3 car from their stable. I have always looked at my second car as non-Hyundai. That is the reason why I came to your show room. Though I repent my decision now.

              Let me out my experience in an order to you.

              1. On 24th August 2010, I visited your showroom )MPL Ford in Anna Salai, Chennai.
              2. We actually booked FIGO , Platinum and paid advance. We interesting started discovering lot of things after paying advance. We were also charge Rs 150 for paying through Credit Card. Even a hotel where I pay only 200 does charge this, but a showroom where I am going to buy vehicle worth 6 Lakh or so is charging. Anyway that is not a major area of concern to me. When I am paying so much for a car 150 is not a big deal, I might have given that as tip while taking the car in any case.
              3. We were received by Mr Nishat Ahmed. He was nice, though we realised that he was nice because he did not know anything. He stated following to us and none of them have so far been honoured. None of them is also recognised by his leader Mr George. Probably in his view, I am one of his cranky customer (may not be a customer if the situation does not improve).
              a. We were told that we would be given a Rs 3750 discount from corporate (we understood as this is from FORD Company). Which was told to us as our fault of not understanding what your person said. This is the first time in my experience learnt that in any communication if receiver has not understood it is the fault of sender. I am sure your MBAs would recollect the basic principle of communication as the responsibility of reception of message rest with the sender not the receiver. On escalation, I was offered Rs 2000 by the leader. I have declined the same as I was not in the mood for begging. When I can afford to buy you car Rs 2000 is not creating any dent.
              b. We wanted to sell our old car and I was told that they would serve as single window. After taking details from us and making some enquiry, we were told that we would get Rs 1,10,000 for the old car. We went on to discover that we get only Rs 1,00,000.
              4. Whenever, we tried to reach Mr Nishat he was not accessible to me. When I reach the landline, I was told my operator that Nishat has suggested me to speak to his leader Mr George. Mr George was more keen on making me to talk with Nishat than resolving my issue. On Saturday (28th ) finally Nishat came on call. I wanted to know the likely date for car delivery. He said he would revert to me on Monday (30th). I waited till about 7.30PM on 30th. I called up Mr George. He spoke to me as if he has no business in this. He is expecting me to contact Mr Nishat. I am not interested in contacting Mr Nishat.
              5. Mr George is now assigning me another person, whom I will have to explain from beginning and then I am sure I will have more discoveries.
              6. I must also add the hospitality at showroom. I had to ask at least 5 times to 3-4 different people, before getting a glass of water.

              At this stage, I am still keen to own a FIGO, but definitely not from MPL Ford. However, I would like to have my Rs 10150 returned by them. I can guarantee that I would be given several reasons and all of them would point to my mistake for not giving me my money back. I am ok if the money is transferred to another dealer and I pay the rest to him to get the car.

              With so much confusion while selling a car, I am convinced that the service is going to be nightmare for you as I would need to contact you for almost everything.

              I hope the Brand FORD would live up its reputation. I am surprised at this QUALITY of Pre Sales and sales service.

              No matter what, you will still have the pathetic service from most of the Ford dealers. Just wait when it comes to service, you will come to know. I never advise any one for a Ford. Pathetic service, and horrible cars.
              I agree with Ralph22, i wish the consumer Laws applicable in Fords country of Orgin (US) applied in India. Ford India does not care... MPL ford is a cheat.. Boy was i happy to see one of its service centers partly bulldozed to ground a couple of days ago.. Serves them right for cheating customers..
              I strongly agree MPL ford nandanam branch doesnt deserve reputation since I too booked ford figo, in order to delay the delivery the bloody sales fellow runs rail of lies. Now I am totally disappointed, No happiness of owning 1st new car and awaiting for my car to be delivered.

                Hi All,
                I would like to say my bitter experience and idiotic irresponsible attitude from" FORD Company" and dealership (PVS FORD CALICUT) for my NEW FORD IKON CAR.

                I had purchased a FORDIKON1.4D from PVS.AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY(P)LTD,KTC Nagar,Meenchanda,Calicut,Kerala.673018 on 27-2.2009 with the Invoice No.A800403 for the amount of Rs.5,19,577.00.My car chassis No.MAJAXXMRTA91J17231 and Engine No. 9U17231.My vehicle No.KL58B-5454.I had taken one year extended warranty too.
                I had already given a complaint about the abnormal sound of engine and the revolving sound of the shaft soon after one month of the purchase date to your customer care.As regarding that, one technician from your authorized service center at Kannur checked my vehicle and replied as that is normal for the Ford IKon and I think so.
                I had driven my car for the last one year, done all periodical services from authorized center at Kannur.
                after the 20000KMS on 03-03 service from kannur service center ,then after started the major problem for my car.On that day , after the service my car "lost the power and the steering became tight ,my car cannot move after 50km of speed with full acceleration too,engine warning light was blowed".I called many times to service center , they did not even response to my words properly and not even willing to take the car to solve the problem immediately and advised that to stop driving.The next day i took my car to the same service center and they told "rectified all the problems in which i have told".Then After I felt the power drop of the car and the steering become more tight than previous.I complained again and they told me, that will rectified after 2 weeks.They said that they want an equipment from calicut center.Then after I am a regular visitor of that service center and they tried to do something and try to convince me that,every thing is OK.I am driving minimum of 60km per day related to my profession But i feel some discomfort on driving at that times.After 3weeks at the end of March I had gone to Cochin for an official trip on my car,I think it is 260Km away from my place.After driving more than 116km my car had suddenly stooped at the speed of 90km/hr.I just started the car after 3minutes,it does nt shown any problem and gone for more distance then again the same problem aroused.I just checked the engine,i experienced that the engine is getting heat and i noticed the high speed sound of the fan.I contacted the service center and they told me that its not a major problem you can drive.I had gone and return that trip with the frequent complaint of pulling drop and steering tight.Again brought the car to the service center,they checked and told that there no problem,fan speed is common to all ikon car., they top-up little coolant.As usual i have entered my jobs driving the car almost 60kms daily.
                After a week ,exact date is 10Th April2010 I had started an official trip to Banglore in my car,on the way i want to drive 23kms of high range road to banglore.After driving 93kms,the high range road started,After passing 2kms my car cant move, the steering became tight and an abnormal sound from the engine room and my car cant move up
                Even in the First gear it stopped.I opened the bonnet, there was the splashed coolant every where in the engine room. I called service center and they told me that i can drive to Banglore after top up some coolant.I just driven for some distance but the car couldnt move. Then I called the MD of PVS ford Calicut and explained the bad incidences ,he informed the GM of Service, and he said that he will send the Helpline vehicle to that location.I returned back,after 90kms and met the technician They checked it and failed to diagnose the problem.I returned back to home and went by another vehicle.
                Then after 5days I had another incident of the same an called the GM calicut and He brought my car to Calicut service centre.Exactly on17-4 2010 they changed the MOTOR AND FAN OF ENGINE COOLER UNDER WARRANTY.(Invoice No.CRIAA00250ABDated on[protected].They told me the problems were solved and gave me the No.of service manager for future contact.After getting my car from there, the problem existed and I noticed the shortage of mileage .Now the mileage is decreased to12Km per litre.I lost all smoothness of my car. I complained again, the service manager told me that they already informed FORDINDIA for the problem of my car and they will send the full set steering for rectifying my steering problem and the other problems will solve later. Again I had another trip to Banglore ,on that day also I had the same PROBLEM, MY CAR CANT MOVE ON THE HIGH RANGE ROAD.It was on night .I called the service manager, he didn't respond to my call . I canceled my trip and took my car with a pickup van from there .Next day i called GM PVS FORD CALICUT ,complained the maters he send a technician to check my car at Kannur and he cant diagnose problem there,and he told me they need my car for few days for rectification.I had given my car to PVSFORD CALICUT on[protected] to[protected].They changed.

                Then after I had an official trip to Cochin on15th may.I just driven the car for 58Kms I had the problem of slowing of my car and steering tight and the heat indicator goes up for a while.Coolant was splashed.I called the GM and Iam not satisfied with the condition of the car and I cant drive.He again told me bring the car for repairing.
                For the past FIVE MONTHS I have gone through the same cycle of experience from the Ford Company and Dealership and the vehicle condition is getting more worse day by day.I had contacted all authorities of FORD COMPANY for getting Justice regarding my car problems.

                My car have two year warranty, in addition to that I paid for one year extra warranty too,because I blindly believe their words.

                NOW I FED UP WITH THE IDIOTIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE FROM THE FORD COMPANY FOR RESOLVING MY CAR PROBLEM.I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE FROM ANY OTHER CAR COMPANY IN MY PAST.I AM ASHAMED OF BEING A FORD CUSTOMER.
                HERE I AM SHARING MY BITTER EXPERIENCE AND AGONIES WHICH I HAD SUFFERED.

                Ford Ikon (1.4 D) — Noise in Both car Engine

                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform you that few month ago we have purchase 02 No's Ford Ikon (1.4 D FLAIR DIESEL) from your authorised Dealer Bhagat Ford M/s A.B. MOTORS PVT LTD PLOT NO- 53,INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE-2,CHANDIGARH.First was purchase on 28 Mar-2010 vide Retail invoice no-CHD/671/[protected] and second one on 10 May-2010 vide Retail invoice no-CHD/114/2010-211.but during some days a noise is coming in both car form engine.we have checked the both cars in your service station where we purchaed the both cars.they are unable to resolve the problem and we are not satisfied from ther service.so kindly you are requested kindly do the needful and do the neeful .Please send your expert engineer to resolve the problem

                  I purchase a Ford Figo Lxi Petrol on 24.4.2010 from Kairali ford (Kerala car dealers) Kottayam, Kerala. The registration of my car is KL5AA9916.In the details give by the dealer , mileage exhibited in the showroom and in the advertisement the mileage was recorded 15.5 km Highways /*12.5 km (towns & cities) and the sales representative ( Mr.Iby Xaviour) make me belief that more than 16 km mileage all are getting . From the beginning I was getting a mileage of 8Km in town. So I take a mileage test on 26.05.2010 with the dealers, it show 14.36Km, and that time the person who take test drive said this will improve after 1st service. I did the 1st service on 23.07.2010. I take a mileage test myself in town (my actual driving routes) it is showing only 8.18Km/Litter. So I register a complaint to the customer care on 09.08.2010, the complaint No: 9718028. And they again take a test drive and it show only 13.8Km/Litter. The person( Mr Jijo Hoseph ) take the test drive said the company will contact me. Two days back I got a call from Ford costumer care and said this is the mileage of Ford figo petrol so they will not take care. I cannot maintain a car with such a low milage
                  So please help me in solving this problem, either by repair the engine to increase the mileage or by take back the car .
                  I was using a Santro car for last 5 years, at the time of purchase the company offered 14km /litter and till now I am getting 15km in Highways and 12km in towns (my actual driving routes).
                  I hope you will respond to this letter and take proper action to solve my complaint.

                  I'm Sunil Kumar .V from Cochin and to my surprise me also purchased Figo petrol on he same date from cochin Kairali ford. Initially i also experienced the same problem that it gives just 11 KM/L in cochin city + highways. then as per the suggestions from the service tea I driven my car from Mannuthy to Edappally with full tank and after 69 kms of drive I filled the tank to full again. I can't believe as it given me 19.54 KM/L mileage. Again after first service, it's not giving consistent mileage. To Kottayam sometimes I will get 16 or it may give 14. But now I'm getting only 12.9KM/L that too highway drive to thrissur. I think ford is cheating us. Whatever the action u are about to take I will be with you.                   I purchased Ford Figo From Harpreet Ford last month. I asked them why is the petrol engine lacking power? its just 71 bhp. The salesman said that it is tuned to give more mileage. But my car is returning around 10 kmpl in city with a/c and 12.5 on highway. I also feel cheated as the sales person told me that it gives 12 kmpl in the city. I am waiting for my first service done. Ford is cheating its customers.

                  i bought ford figo petrol from Bhagat Ford, dehradun u.k. in Oct 2010. i was told the mileage in the city would be around 13-14. But since last 6 months I am getting only 8kmpl in city and 10-11kmpl on highway. Is there any technical means by which the mileage can be improved .                     I purchased a ford fiesta 1.6 L zxi duratec petrol from Cargo Ford in Ahmedabad. I want to get this vehicle registered in Chandigarh as i m presently residing there. But to my horror the chandigarh rto is stating that due to non updation of some "code" pertaining to bharat stage IV vehs by Ford India Ltd, the vehicle cannot be registered there presently. I really dont know what is this "code" which only ford india has not updated with chandigarh rto whereas all other manufacturers supplying stage IV have done so already. Kindly help!

                      I bought a car from the ford kolkata dealer VICTORIA FORD .I think I have made the biggest mistake as right from the time I booked my car till after delivery, from the owner of the dealership to its employees only know how to lie, trap the customer.

                      I had initially booked the LXI model ( 19.5.10) after receiving confirmation from Victoria Ford sales person Mr. Vikas and team leader Mr. Kanhaiya that I will receive my car in 6 weeks maximum. After six weeks when I started to follow up with the above mentioned gentleman and even the owner Mr. Lohariwal I was pushed to book a higher model as I was informed by them that ford has stopped manufacturing the base variant.This when I clarified with the other dealer M/s. Ganges Ford I was informed that there was no such thing. Beng let down and lied to I decided to pay extra and get the higher variant. I was promised mud flap, carpet for car and car perfume. I got the delivery of the car on 26.7.10,where I had to wait for 5 hours as they had only one person with a tattered piece of cloth to clean my car.
                      The showroom looked in total disarray and it seemed that they were trying to save on small counts.
                      It is 18.8.10, and Im yet to receive the car perfume after repeatedly Mr. Vikas calls me and informs me that he will give the perfume any day.My car has developed a noise in the shock absorber area not having crossed 600 km. I dont know what to do.Please help me. Im extremely let down by ford as to how can they appoint such thrird class dealers who are ruining their company reputation

WHEN I VISITED FOR SERVICE AT AUTHORISED SHOWROOM IN PEARL FORD, AMBALA, THEY INSISTED ME TO CHANGE SOME PARTS WHICH ARE WORKING PROPERLY, BUT WHEN I REFUSED THEM TO CHANGE THE SAID PARTS THEY SAID YOU WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. THE PARTS ARE TOO COSTLY N THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE THEM. BUT THEY BLACKMAIL N SAID YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED.

                        SO HOW THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY WHEN YOU ARE GETTING SERVICES BY BLACKMAILING THE CUSTOMERS SPECIALLY IN PEARL FORD GROUP. SO PLZ TAKE SOME ACTIONS.

                          Please note that my insurance papers has not been delivered till date . I have contacted your executive several times but no use.

                          They told me that they have heavy work load there thats why they cant deliver it. Anyway to
                          take an insurance its only take just two days.

                          It clearly shows the poor management

                              Bought Ford Figo ZX (Petrol) from Wasan Ford on 5th July. Insurance company decided by them was Bajaj Alliance which is to give 3 year cover to vehicle.. Just in 20 days ,car meet with an accident ,a bang from the rear vehicle as cars ahead were at stand still.It was my worst rainy day, 26 th July ,I managed to drive in heavy traffic with the accused driver to Panthnagar police station and lodged a complain in written form to prove that I was not at fault for the damage to the new car.With all the Paperwork I submitted car to Ford Workshop at Deonar To my surprise , days passed to get its evaluation for the damage,Finally after the supervisor of Bajaj Alliance evaluated ,i have been asked to shell Rs 7000 and informed that it would take more than 10 days. I find this injustice for all efforts i took to prove that i am not at fault.
                              I seriously feel this a serious alliance with insurance to extract from customer, who have faith in sales people .,who pass on the matter with no communication to help us.
                              Ford improved after sales is only a let down for new customer like me,
                              Shall keep updates to any better service in near future.

                              I went to purchase for ford fiesta my dream car sri sri sri automobiles in Warangal
                              Where I was disappointed the worst experience which I have ever gone before not only once I went thrice and observed that the manager he rude, he don’t how to deal the customer shouting like any thing, and i found the lady least knowledge of product but her behavior with that manger is like a lovers I visited other car showrooms in Warangal their hospitality is good and the customer care is much better compared to ford showroom so I changed my car have booked maruthi swift, not only me even all my friends experienced same hope at least you may consider this and change manger and lady staff because of them ford brand is losing is cutomers.

                                I have purchased a Ford Endevour Automatic 4x4 car on 11th July 2010 from Planet Motors at Kolhapur, India.

                                I had booked the car On 18th June 2010 & I was convined that I will be getting the delivery of the car before 30th June 2010.As there was a delay in commitment I had requested cancellation of booking. I was requested that I will be getting the car in couple of days. Atlast the car was delivered to me on 11th July at 6 am at my place without any formalities. The car was all rouined from interiors. The navigation & the rear camera etc were not working & the car had clocked 500 Kms(310 .Miles) before it was delivered to me. The car has a repainted rear bumper with all the colour stains around.

                                All the issues were brought to the notice & I was told that all the facts would be rectified in couple of days.

                                However, nothing is been taken care of. Mr Abhijit Jadhav of Pune at Planet ford has told me ruthlessly to contact the corporates when i asked about the rectifications. This is my reminder mail to Ford. I have already tried to contact the company before. No person has contacted me about this issue inspite of putting the mails for couple of time. Are the customers least important to Ford ?
                                The papers of my car suggest that the car is manufactured in May 2010. If so, where was the car lying? Why it was promised that I will be delivered a freshly manufactured car?
                                There are two RTO registrations. (CRTM).
                                I have a srong suspicion that I have been sold an used car with forged documentation.

                                I need to clearly know that would my issues be taken care or not.
                                Why sjould i not go to consumers court of law?

                                Why there are no contact info on the ford site - the mail ids - in case a customer neesds to contact the corporates of the company.

                                  I have purchased Ford Ikon Deisel in the month of Dec-08, and very after 7 months of purchase, I have complaint to Harpreet ford regarding tyre noise on[protected], they said it is a normal noise, and after tis again in te month of august[protected] i made the same complaint, they checked the bearing and said the same thing that it is tyre noise, and now they people are saying it is a tyre mfg defect & I need to change the tyres at myy own cost.
                                  I just want to say that if it is mfg defect than it is a dealer or Ford Company responsibility to get the solution of my complaint.

                                    I have ford Endeavour Bearing Reg No CH 30 N 7093 model EX 4x2 2008 and has done 59000 Km approx Engine No 8K29711, I am stuck in a place known Palia, Disst Lakhimpur Kheri, UP and I tried to contact your nearest dealer ie Bariely, UP but the No mentioned in the guide book does not exit, hence I contacted the Manager of Bhagat Ford Mohali from where I get my vehicle serviced , he has asked me to bring the vehicle there which is not possible because it approximately 700 km from here

                                      Our car Ford Fiesta no. DL-4c- 3462, was picked up for service on Sunday ie. 11 July 2010 with a promise to be delivered in the evening same day. But due to some problem in the car it was not delivered on the same day but promised to be delivered the next day by their executive Mr. Ashish, but to our surprise Mr. Ashish working with harpreet ford service center was not aware that their workshop remains closed on Monday and made a false promise. When being called up for delivery of the vehicle he avoided to pick up the phone. So we had to report the matter to Mr. Anthony who is VP in the center. Mr. Anthony was quite prompt and helpful. He took an immediate action and assigned the duty of delivering our vehicle to Mr. Yadav this entire process took the whole day. So Monday was over. Now we were promised delivery of our vehicle on Tuesday but again the same situation, Now Mr. Yadav was not able to keep his promise of delivering our vehicle on Tuesday, so we were promised to get it on Wednesday early morning,as my husband had to take the car to the office but again the same situation we were not delivered the car and after a lot of fight and struggle we managed to get our car on wednesday.
