Dear Respected Sir

My name is Amit Patel and im living in Morbi.
my ford fiesta car no: GJ 3 CA 4441.

I have Ford Fiesta Car. I buy fiesta in 2008 model ZXI.

Now i want submit complaint against ford company.

I found one of the my cars fron wheel bearing in faulty so i want to change but company told us they cant give us only bearing they pressure to buy full front exel.

if i buy full front exel then costing increasing around 12000/-Rs.

So i want only front wheel bearing only.

Please help us consumer court.

    I own a Ford Fiesta ZXI Petrol since last 2 years, Capital ford owns the worst manpower in bhubaneswar with regards to its manpower & service quality...They ask for payment for car break down services & demand outsourced service beside the ford billing...These should be eradicated to improve the service quality in bhubaneswar...Requires immediate attention for improvement & customer satisfaction.

    I cant believe the type of harassment i got from Bhubaneswar Capital Ford.On 2nd -Dec I gave my Ford Fiesta Petrol for Servicing (Paint one small Scratch, Tie rod and Suspension Work and Gate noise etc)Mr Dillip was Service In charge and gave me the date i.e 7th-Dec and finally he called me over phone on 11th to receive my car. Finally I went there and completed my billing after waiting 2 hours as he was not yet finished his work. Any way i paid the bill Rs.33088.00 and got the Gate Pass. But when i tried to the driving door it was not opened but its was opening from inside, which was not a problem earlier in the car. when i complaint to Mr. Dillip, he told me that it was working properly 1 hr before. Ok i told him and requested him to sort out the problem and deliver me after 1 day. And after 2days again i went to showroom but its was still on that condition.and finally i came to home with same condition and now i opening the another door and open the driving door from inside to enter in the vehicle. Oh god please help Capital Ford from this types of Man Power.and my 20 litre Petrol also Stolen by My Dillip.

      I am an unfortunate owner of Ford Fiesta Car, which I bought in 2006, I bought this car with my hard earned money plus a loan of Rs. 5 Lakhs, as we all know that cars are always depreciating its worth & liabilities so no way I can afford to sell this and buy another make. Since the day one this car has given me enough trouble that I never recommend any body to Ford car, on the top of it its being franchised to the most customer unfriendly people "Harpreet Ford" .
      I have been complaining for about now 8 months about airconditioning and my car has gone to service station at least 6-7 times and each time at least 2-3 days, they fix it temporarily and again the problem re-occurs.
      Following are some of the last few AC complaints repaired, although my car is under warranty.
      1. 07-June-10 (Inv. No. CRA02369GW)
      2. 21-May-10 (Inv No. CRA01817GW)
      3. 07-Apr-10 (Inv. No. CRA00276GW)

      Prior to this I was not tracking how many times I had to send my car for AC repair.
      Why should I be always paying visits and suffering and remain without a car till the my car is getting fixed. My warranty is about to be finished but my problem persists, and they keep fixing it temporarily. What will happen post my warranty expired? Finally its only consumer who has to suffer.
      I would recommend each of the potential buyer not to buy Ford cars as Harpreet Ford does not have any competenciy or capability to rectify the problems.

      Hi Lalit,

      I agree with you. Harpreet ford service is extremely poor, I bought a Ford Figo from them and it has been almost 4 months since they have not handed over my car RC. as per them I am supposed to pay Rs. 7000 anti rust coating which i never ordered. The guys working there are not at all committed for sevice and looks like their intention is to grab as much money as they can from customers ...I will suggest if you are looking to buy/sevice a car then try NCR Ford. their showroom is not so big but the employees are well trained and care for customers. I will suggest you all be careful while having any dealing with them.

        i Abhishek Sharma having ford endeavour from 3 months my suv is giving some problem of HEAVY BLACK SMOKE AND LOW PICK UP.i hav given my vehicle around 15 times in a month or every third day i m on their service station but they always promise me that they will do everything alright,but the problem is not sought out till date 30.06.2010 today also my suv is in service station for the same problem.Previously when i have given my vehicle for the same thing the mechanics have taken out my working A/C compressor and replaced with non working compressor from that day there is problem of A/C and the service advisor And the G.M also agreed that they have changed.
        MY vehicle is not in the condition to drive and this all happens due to the NCR FORD FARIDABAD AND NCR FORD MOHAN COOPERATIVE DELHI.
        They have totally done fraud to me & i m very frustrate

          I[censored] are planning to purchase ford fiesta, I request u to pls never ever think about it. I am suffering from last 3 years & worst thing with the product is service.
          recently I drop my car at harpreet sevice station (gurgaon) for minor accidental work. they committed to deliver the car in 7 days even the work is of only one day. and after many many calls they release my car after 2 weeks after very unsatisfactory work.
          when I checked my car i found one wheel stud broken and one is faulty, I immediately approach to service centre but they refuse to accept it.
          after long arguments they called me at their centre, when I reached their they returned me without any attention or satisfaction.
          I have long list of their misbehaviour especially harpreet ford's employees and request u all don't purchase ford's product

            Hi,

            I bought a new Ford Figo 1.4 ZXI on 18th June 2010 with lot of assurances and promises by the sales executive Mr. Gangadhar and Ms. Bhavya. At the time of booking I was assured of 3m Sun Film, Mud Flaps, Floor Mats and Cig Lighter. Out of these i have got 3m sun film which was not to my expectaion because i had requested them for 100% dark sun film which the lady had assured and finally they came up with the reasons of policy and process. In fact when I asked for the refund of money against the sun film they came back of saying that it was given to me "free of cost". I had to made them clear that they approched me for the booking with such offers as compliments and now they speak of money. The Cig lighter was not given but the sales guy was up front enough in reducing the money from my last part payment.
            Now the other two accessiories have not been provided to me till date, itz almost 12 days from the date of delivery and I have not found any response to my e-mails and phone calls. The sales executives are not accountable for their promises and assurances, they are only focused on selling and payment collection. Customer Service is very much lagging by them
            I am not sure how much should I suffer during the vehicle service time. I am lodging this complaint with lot of distress and un happiness not for the reason that I have not got accessiories but for the reason that there is no response from any of them and myself as a customer after paying 100% payment keep righting mails, lodging complaints etc...
            Please pass on this to the concerned and instruct them to clear the pending issues at the earliest.

            I'm the owner of Ford Figo 1.2 Titanium i brought in Lathangi only.
            i got a good service & ya i too didn't got mud flop & i don't think that is dealers problem that is Ford problem we should blame Ford not dealers.
            And i even not got a mat free. You have got lot.
            Frankly Lathangi Ford service is good. And we should appreciate sales person they work very hard.
            HATS OFF to all the sales people.

              I have Booked Ford Figo - 1.2 Zxi, Ebony, Chill on 4th May 2010. The Commitment was 4 Weeks for the delivery from Talera Ford "Nigdi Branch". the expected week was 1st week of June (Max). There was no communication till the first week of june from the dealer regarding the delivery of the Vehicle. This is the commitment from the dealer. There was no response for the call I made for any expected date for the same. the HORRIBLE thing is that the Sales Manager of Talera ford is also not knowing the status of the same when the vehicle is expected. There is no commitment for the delivery of the vehicle. I make atleast 20 (Thirty) Calls to Talera ford regarding the expected date of Vehicle. Additionally visited the dealer 4 times after booking. The dealer is asking to COMPROMISE with the other options available after 1.5 months. The compromise on the colour from, Chill to Black / D white /, the Version from Zxi to Titanium, Also the Dashbord, from the Ebony to Flop (Horrible for me) Coral colur. Its now close to 2 months. The COMMITMENT is now coverted to COMPROMISE. The dealer the talking of we have given you the other available options (Colour/ Version) for getting the vehicle. If ford the having a problem of producing the vehicle then they should not commit (CHEAT) customers of 1 month as delivery period.

              Now the Loan which i have taken is already deposited in Talera's account. The EMI will start in 1st week of July.

              The issue is still there is no visibility of the vehicle which is booked 52 days back.

              I am now cancelling the FORD FIGO, a product which never reached me.

                Iam Rajeev, Software Consultant and I booked Ford Figo and gave a booking amount Rs. 1001/- to Kairali Ford, Cochin.......But some personal problems regarding Loan Issue, I cancelled my booking. But Kairali Ford Cochin will gives me only Rs.501. This is cheating. They will charge 500 for them. How we trust Kairali Ford in future....Kairali Ford is utterly a cheating company....by non refunding my amount.....

                I am Benny, working in Honda.I think PDI teams are not getting enough training to improve there work quality. This is not only applicable for Cochin but also to other branches.
                This website admin should ensure that complaints are genuine before publishing the same. The sanctity of the intensions behind setting up this website should not be overlooked. The complaint on Kairali Ford does not look genuine, rather it seems to a statement made to vent the anger of the customer for some other dissatisfaction he has had to endure, which maybe of a personal nature.

                  Dear Sir,
                  1. Given vehicle AP11AG 4844 for service on 14-Apr-2010 and they agreed to deliver it on 15-Apr-2010 to Fortune Ford, Sanat Nagar, Hyderabad
                  2. The main problem told was to rectifiy the problem of pickup in A/C
                  3. After road test they asked to change clutch plates agreed and changed it
                  4. They delivered the vehicle on 19-Apr-2010, late evening. As they were in hurry, I have paid bills (Rs 15000+) and took the vehicle. The main problem for which I gave it to service was not rectified - pickup was drastically getting down with A/C.
                  5. I gave vehicle back to Mr. Anudeep and on 23-Apr-2010, they have not even found the root cause of the issue.
                  6. They gave the vehicle by rectifiying the problem after another Rs 5000+ bill
                  7. Again the next week my vehicle A/C was not working fine and I went to the service centre again and they said coolent is leaking and so have to change some part and charged me Rs 6000 +
                  8. Again after that I took my vehicle to Basar and while returning it got puncher for four times because of wheel alignment/ suspension problems and I left my vehicle in between as I was with my family (my kid is just 2 years) and I should thank God for getting returned home safely. I have changed all the tyres but still my vehicle is getting dragged to left side. When I asked to pickup my vehicle, he is saying troubles from the beginning.
                  9. On Wednesday(09-Jun-2010), my vehicle got delivered with a payment of Rs 26,300/- (saying it is in perfect condition).
                  10. I gave my vehicle back to the showroom on Friday (11-Jun-2010) as there is some noise coming in the front. Again there are saying some problem in some parts and it will cost me around Rs 8000/- and again there is a leakage in coolent oil.

                  dear manager of fortune ford sanath nagar hyderabad show room this is very angry compliant of your regular customer . last time i replaced my car spare parts like shock absorbs, radiator fan, other some small parts of bill 25000 approx . with in 1week the sound come start and i asked your team boy mr.shiva instead of recognized problem on shock absorbs they are told the problem arises from other and the boy make to believe me if suppose i believe your boy mr.shiva words, what is my affairs, to arises this problem i stoped my work and came to your work shop every time told mistake problem and i called much time every time bad in response i have approval of out side mechanic, so please take my words serious and please call me back as soon as possible, and you will definitely pay Compensation

                  the people of fortune ford servicing center have no correct response from them...recently i experienced that when i approached speed breaker i noticed that right shock absorber is not working and my drastically pulling right side so i took my car to sanat nagar, hyderabad for rectifying the problem, after road test service advisor, told that your right shock Absorber was bent and it will not cover under warranty...then i replied positively and asked how much it will cost, he told that it will be some 1500 approx.then i agreed to pay...after that i call ford india customer care for this problem they replied positively and it as covered under warranty...the problem is now my car is again pulling right side and i feel that the shock absorber which they have replaced whose height is not equal to left shock absorber...i felt really sad for this...

                    I recently purchase Ford Figo Exi Diesel Model on 29/03/10.Engine No-AY-81276,Total KM 3200.One month back I have Facing Issue of LH side power window problem,while window closing noise is coming this issue is till open because deler says no spare available.Today I got issue of Power steering ,issue in power steering is a very serious in terms of safety.Power steering oil leakage due to rack & pinion is faulty as per Dealer.These spares also not available.I am fade up with these issue.So you are requested to look in these matters & resolved these issues.Also request to check to Vehical.I am not going to pay any oil charges as oil leak due to faulty parts.

                    I have recently purchased Ford Figo Titanium on 22 nd may, but i am facing lot of issues when it comes to maintenance ---

                    1.)Spare parts are not available even with the dealer and every time when you give complaint it takes around 2-3 days or more then that to get it rectified.

                    2.)In 2 months i am facing problems with power steering rack.

                    3.)4-5 complaints but problem with back shock ups are not yet rectified.

                    I think that ford is only concentrating on sales and not on service, and when car goes for servicing most of them don't understand the problem i think lack of skill labour.Whole of bangalore only 1 place where the spares are available if they dont have then we need to wait till it comes to them.

                    I feel Maruthi is Best when it comes to service point of view.

                    Hello sir,

                    When Ford figo released, am the first person who booked this car and pay advance in the fifth month in Pondicherry Mpl. I searched this car through Net and bought it within Six months.
                    My car is Ford figo Titanium PY01 BB 1818. When i drive it to my native sirkali, the left was pulled, immediately i made a call to my guide Mr.Vinoth Pondicherry and said about the fault. He replied when you come to service i will check and clear it. Service in Pondicherry Mpl ford (2500km), Computer allignment not available at that time so they used jacky to find fault and captured a picture with that they explained me there was a scratch below the speed breaker, this the reason for that pulling. But the fault was not cleared. So i call customer care, said about the service matter detail y, they said about Mr.Ravi who is a service manager in Vadapalani workshop .From Sirkali to Vadapalani Up & down distance-700km, by spending Rs.5000/- i gone there, after checking he said everything was cleared, but when gone to test drive by Mr.Thandabhani, he said that the left was pulling. Again they checked using hydraullic jack and said that the left pulling was adjusted, only the apollo tyre was fault.they changed the tyre to MRF tyre with free of cost. Mr.Thandabhani second time made a test drive, when he driving a 12" bolt hit in the centre of the backside of the left wheel. He put the tyre as a stephney and change the tyre for cost, that time also the left was pulled.

                    Once again Mr.Ravi Service Manager checked on jackey and said that the faults are front chase scratched on the bottom, scilencer, silencer safety mat are also scratched, to clear and replace those faults it will got to be around Rs.40, 000. After heard this within 15 days i went and left my car there. 10 days after they called me and said that' 2 mechanics who where came from Ford figo manufacturing place cleared everything. Come and take your car'. So i went there a day before ayutha pooja, i asked Mr.Ravi and Mr.Thandabhani to come with me for the test drive in the NH road, that time also the left was pulled at once only they believed, what i was said about the fault from the starting itself .What they asked to change in the car, everything i accept and change it too, but finally what i said from the starting, now they are telling the same fault. Mr. Ravi said again i check with a chief mechanic.

                    For every settlements i have the expenditure bill, unnecessarily i spend lot because of them. What is the way to solve this? i had lot of depression due to them till now, Now ceiling makes sound, For this what they will say to change, i dont know . Sometimes If the left pulled going to be wrong when driving, anything will happen, after that who will answer it?. For my depression, wasteful expenditure, and vexation who going to take the responsibility? & make some good way for me. Kindly i request you to immediately response for this.

                      My vehicle no. is RJ14 CF1310 ,Model 2008 Ford Fiesta(1.6 petrol).since last one year i am facing too much problem with my car as it had been sent several times to workshop K.S.FORD .SHAYAM NAGAR ,JAIPUR,RAJASTHAN. but the problem is still persisting, your enginners are enable to cure that problem . They always told me that we are finding the problem ,my all works are suffering ,i have to use taxi 10 to 15 days in month as maximum time my car having same problem of missing and very very low pick up and to afford a taxi is bieng very expensive to me . i have spent lot of money and time on this car but still there there is no solution to my problem .By all this i am mentally harrassed and depressed as there is no meaning of having a car.
                      Today in the morning i have registered a complaint at your customer care number ,and recieved a complain number no.9527304, they have told me to answer me back within 24hrs.
                      Now i want that you should look out the matter and solve my problem and i suggest you to replace my car engine with new engine and now i will not pay anything for any spare parts . Also i want compensation as i have spent lot of money by using taxi and taxi fare is very expensive as my car is generally at workshop K.S.FORD .SHAYAM NAGAR ,JAIPUR,RAJASTHAN.
                      And if my problem is not solved then i have to take legal action regarding the same.

                        Hi all,

                        This is the complaint I lodged with "[protected]@ford.com" for which I am yet to get response. Is there some local support available for complaints in Ahmedabad City???

                        Dear Mr. MD,

                        This is with reference to a quality concern with Ford' new vehicle - Figo.

                        I own Figo (bought on 27.03.2010) from Eagle Ford, Rajkot (Gujarat). The car has not travelled more than 2500 kms (not even first service is done). The tyre quality is so bad that a tubeless tyre, a high tension one, has got burst on city roads (tyres are of JK). I was fortunate that I was not driving it on highway/expressway or else would have met a severe accident. I just wanted to ask why this quality compromise is done? Is it just for the sake of aggressive pricing?? Should I continue using this car with the same set of tyres??? Is this safe for family driving???

                        I am not very happy to write this mail actually as I had certain quality expectations from Ford, had it been some other car company that is not image conscious, I would not have written this mail, but at Ford I am hopeful that this quality aspect is given importance. I am looking for a positive response in this regard.

                          Dear Mr. Rajesh Shah,

                          I had the worst service experience of my life at BHAVNA Ford Nerul. I own a ford fiesta TDCI ZXI vehicle registration number is MH03AM 7706.Let me brief you about the problem.
                          I had handed over the car for routine servicing. Your advisor told me that the injector bush needs to be changed. I had agreed to his recommendation and the car was given back to me on 17th May 2010.The invoice number for the same is CRIAA0085100.The moment the car was handed over to me I went for trail and found out that the engine noise had actually increased .I immediately brought the advisor's attention to this problem. Your advisor agreed that the noise had rather increased after the servicing, he explained to me that it was minor problem and that I should come on 22nd May 2010 and the problem will be rectified.
                          On 22nd May 2010 due to free check camp held at your service centre, nobody was available to answer my problem. Again they told me to come on 24th May 2010 and still nobody was available to take care of my problem. I was forced to meet the service manager that day as things were not working out .The service manager asked his advisor to take trial of the car. The advisor responded that there was a small noise in the engine, but he was not sure whether it came from the engine or pulley. The service manager explained to me that If this noise was because of the injector bush fitted by us than we will rectify it free of charge, but if it is due to the pulley then we need to check. When I countered them by asking that how could there be noise after the servicing. They gave a casual answer of coincidence which was not convincing because it the responsibility of the service to check the car thoroughly before handing over to us. They both assured me that I should come on 29th May as they were heavily loaded that day and car would not face any problems till then.
                          On 29th May 2010,I again handed over the car to them in the morning. I had decided to wait and see what they were doing with my car. At least for 2 hours nobody even bothered to look at the problems. When the car was handed over to me in the evening it had a terrible engine noise, which was far greater than the earlier one .It was at least ten times the earlier sound.
                          At this point of time I was totally disrupted. First of all they did not rectify the problem and instead they added on to it. The service manager again started with his “coincidence” story and was not even ready to take the responsibility. I may not be an expert but I am a mechanical engineer and I can tell when the service manager was trying to fool me with his repeatative “coincidence” story. After arguing with the service manager for a long time I had to tow the car home. When I asked him about how many days it would take to rectify this problem he was confused and answered about 15 days.
                          Customers expect that their problems will be reduced after giving the car at authorized dealer ,but in my case they actually generated problems in my car each time I came and didn’t even take the responsibility.My time,money and energy is wasted due to the poor sevice and also my problems have doulbed due to carelessness of the service mechanics.
                          Request you to please give urgent attention to the problem and come out with a solution as soon as possible.

                          Ford fiesta car — poor service

                          poor service they don,t keep parts . no emergency service, no body picks up phone.they break the parts & silently deliver car at ur home without repairing or without informing u.

                          FORD/ FIESTA — POOR SERVICE BY DEALER

                          I HAD GONE FOR SECOND SERVICING AT YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER ON 1/11/10 AT GATEWAY FORD, SILIGURI. And am very very upset with the workmanship and response i got from them. I had lodged a complain for water leakege from the windshield glass, body noise and proper fitment of front bumper guard, but despite i had being detained my vechicle for almost 26hrs, the service was not done properly. I had been confirmed by the Service Manager Mr. Pradip that the windshield glass is being replaced but the next day when i had gone to take the delivery of the car, i found that the same glass was fitted. Even during my second service except water servicing from the top and mobile change nothing was done. I found that the brakes were not at all touched nor any kind of adjustments were done. On complaining to Mr. Pradip, i was ignored saying that as i am corresponding to ford directly so i can complain there if i had any problems. I had to travel amost 350 kms to-fro to service my vechicle and had to stay for 2 days in hotel, butdespite of so many things i did not get the car serviced properly. I think ford effort is in selling vehicles but not providing after SALES SERVICE. The management of the GATEWAY ford is so poor that when we go for service then there is hardly anyone bothering for customers, they do not even have any courtsey to arrange some chairs where customers can sit and atleat get relaxed. On complaing the mechanics regrding the poor service they state that there is crisis of staff due to low wages paid by the company so no one is interested to work out there, even those who are working are leased bothered.
                          i think i have done the biggest mistake by buying a FORD CAR, i think the car is very good but the after sales service is very very pathetic. I suggest the MD to atleast once in amonth please check the service centres by their professionals and attend the problems of customers.just selling the car does not not end ur responsibilities.

                            Ford India's dealer at Gurgaon - Harpreet Ford : Customers beware of this dealership. They are good in dealing with you until you pay them. Their attitude towards customers changes the moment you take pay them or take delivery - they treat you like dust, ignoring your grievances. It is now almost a month since I took delivery of a Ford Figo EXI car which was not fitted with mud flaps at the time of delivery. Though they promised to fit the item in 2-3 days time, they don't answer calls and mails now, after having collected money from me. Neither the company is responding to my numerous mails. So, please exercise caution while dealing with this dealer and the company.

                            I'm also facing same problem from same dealer, Bought Figo ZXI, At the time of delivery they told me that it's remote key has not come from Chennai and will be coming in 2 days time, at that time i already had paid them full amount, now it's more that a month now.. nothing has happend... It's Manager Mr Katoch also did not pick my calls... And other guy keep telling that it will happen in few days!!!

                            Want to know from you guys, can i complain againts them in consumer forum? What kind of helpi can get from there?

                            My name is Bijay Agarwal driving FORD FIGO TITANIUM, diesel car purchased from Dhanbad (jharkhand), dated 28/04/2010. The problem faced is that engine of the car is getting heated and cooling system is also not working properly . Due to this I have been visiting the service centre nearly to each and every 3rd day of a week, till now I have visited 8 to 9 times. Moreover they are changing different parts of the car depicting the problem in each but till now the problem has not been detected that why the engine is getting heated up and each time I m paying them in plenty but till now I m not relieved from this problem. This is not really acceptable, because of this problem I m not able to do any of my work. Every time I can't sit in the service centre and get it repaired . Thought FORD being a very good company and it's service would also be great but I think your consumers are not satisfied from the service you are providing us. So please look into this matter or else wise have to take a serious action against it.

                              As i would like to raise a compliant against the ford company about the insufficient quality check before releasing the vehicle.I've brought one Ford Fiesta SXi on march last from Kairali Ford Kottayam. My car has only runned 6600 kms,here my complaint is that as on my way one of its tyre has burst off and the other two is in the bulged condition,has you have provided with MRF tubeless tyres.Today[protected] i have contacted with almost all the higher authorities in kairali ford service managers in Kottayam and Ernakulam and also to the ford customer care centre chennai . They don't have a proper solution for this. All the higher authorities have no commonsense also .they are totally irritating the customers . They don't have a good customer care also

                              Don't Buy Ford Vehicles. their logo says "feel the difference" .that's correct you can feel worst customer support and service.

                                My name is Dr Rajabai and I have recently bought a Ford Figo Petrol version in April 2010. In the recent rains I find rain water leaking through both the rear doors. My compalint to Ford Figo has still not been answered and the cusotmer care number of the company is terrible. Anyone who wants to buy a Figo think twice

                                last week i went to ford showroom to know about Ford figo details, they explaint all about including price, i asked them please tell about safety measure details.
                                They replied funny, "i[censored] give extra 25, 000Rs, we will attach safety bag only for front seats", it wont come on basic models so we need pay extra for our safety, i asked them, already im paying 3.5 lakhs for car for that u wont give any safety for me.
                                They are just blinking, so i thought i wont be safety to basic model cars, so they wont provide any safety and security for the customer who buying basic model cars, its really very bad in INDIA.
                                we have to think and raise our voice.

                                I Praveendas have a ford figo car, it have some starting problem for that I give the car to 'KAIRALI' ford Kollam.They have no respons about this problem upto this time they are not giving my car back.I am a business man and my parents especially my mother is a stroke patient, so I want take her to hospital daily far 60km from my house.So I spent so many money for transportation and also the car have car loan.will you please give me the justice .

                                  Iam writing this email with great frustration and anger toward Ford dealer Kairali in kottayam, Kerala.

                                  I booked my car Ford Fig0 ZXI 1.2 petrol black dash and silver moon dust in the last week of february after getting assurane from that the car will be delivered in flat 2 week. We made a call to them on 1 st week on march and they requested us to wait till 2 week of march. We patiently accepted and made further plans accordingly and thought that they will get back to us as the car arrives. Please also note that my sis marriage was also due to come up in the 3 rd week of march. But till date (20 may 2010) there is no signs of delivery and we are highly frutsrtaed. Our 1st emi has already been processed by the bank and no way of getting it back. I just simply dont know what to do and calling up kairali ford almost every day. There is no one to repond and even the respoense from the manufacturer od pretty cold.

                                  Please help as i wanted to go the legal way.

                                  I have a similar experience with Ganges Ford, Kolkata. I had booked Ford Figo 1.2 EXI Sea Grey on 15th April 2010. They promised of a 25 day wait period. But till date there has been no response.

                                  I don't know whom to approach. My EMIs are going to start soon.

                                  It is good that you did not get the Ford car though I am sorry for losing your EMI. I have purchased a Ford Endeavour and had a major accident immediately after the purchase. I paid Rs: 50000(Fifty thousand) excess for the Plastic and Rubber accessories. After the repair I have found the Mirror spot light was not working and the alignment of the doors were wrong. I have gone to Kairali ford Kottayam where the repair was done and I got a reply that it will be rectified when the next service is due. I am staying overseas and use the Endeavour while I am in India. 3 services has been done and the problems are not fixed yet and now the service manager has informed me that the electrical wiring of the car was damaged and it was not approved by the estimator while estimating the repair. I was not informed of this at the time of estimation and it is revealed only after 3 years of the accident. Everytime I get the Car after the service there will be more damages on the car interior and Kairali Ford does not take the responsibility at all. I advise everybody to keep away from this fraudsters and now I am not buying any ford card. It is better to be called Kairali FRAUD instead of Kairali Ford Kottayam.

                                    The Ford, a very respectable name in the automobile segment worldwide, could never join the big league in India. The company launched one vehicle after the other, one scheme after the other, but had to ultimately be content with an unspectacular show. The main reason behind the lacklustre performance was Ford’s poor after sales support. You will find Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai service centres even at presumed low turnover locations, but Ford service centres are few and far between. Worse, while replacement parts for Maruti and Hyundai vehicles are readily available at reasonable price, the Ford experience is just the opposite.
                                    Just to cite an example, my Ford Figo, delivered on April 24 through Metro Ford, Palace Road, still runs incomplete with something as basic as mud flaps! These flaps were ordered with the car on April 4. The rear view mirror for the left side, ordered at Metro Ford, Palace Road, on May 9, is yet to be supplied. Funnily, the dealer took Rs.500 as advance for the supply of the mirror – something unthinkable at Maruti or Hyundai, where the material would have been supplied instantaneously against payment.
                                    One wonders, if Ford cannot supply even rubber items and accessories like mirrors in a fortnight, how will it supply crucial replacement parts? Will the hapless customer have to wait for years to put his car back on road? One expected Ford to have learnt from its mistakes, but the experience shows otherwise. When will Ford become serious about customer service? If it is serious about its ambitious expansion plan in India, how can Ford afford such shoddy after sales?

                                      car AC not working

                                      I bought this car Ford Endeavour on 1st Jan 2009 . As it is very expensive car I had quite high expectations with the car as well as with service. But as the summer came last year which is very hot in delhi the AC of the car stopped working. The cooling inside was very very less & mostly I have to open windows.
                                      I have sent my car to Harpreet Ford, Moti Nagar, Delhi many times but they always say that the car AC is working fine...

                                      I took delivery of a Ford Figo EXI 1.2L petrol car from Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon, after paying over Rs. 4.18 lacs (on road price including accessories, wax paint coating etc.). At the time of delivery they did not have mud flaps in stock and promised me to have the item fitted in 2 to 3 days time. I had thereafter been following up with the dealer regularly for the item but every time they come up with a standard reply that the item is in short supply from Ford India, Chennai. I also wrote to customer care at Ford India, but they too send a standard reply and promise to get back. Even today I checked with Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon, only to hear the same old story. I am totally disatisfied by the attitude of the company and more particularly the dealer who I understand have 3 showrooms in NCR region. Should I lodge a complaint against the dealer and the company in the local consumer redressal forum? Could anyone please adfvise me, what should I do now. I know it is not a very expensive item (not more than Rs 800 a set) but the issue is of principle. The moment they collected money from me they are bound contractually to supply it. By the way I am somewhat happy with the style and performance of the car.

                                      Very Poor Sale And Service Support,

                                      Recently i have purchased a Brand new Ford Figo from Bhagat Ford, Sahranpur Road, Mohabewala, Dehradun on Dated : 06.12.2010 at evening time, Now today, when i am going outside from the city the car is jammed or not running properly.

                                      I am afraid from your sale and service support. Your Local dealer told me that it is a manufacturing defect on car.

                                      Please replace the car with new piece otherwise i will take a legal action against your Company.

                                      It’s more than month now, I have given my car (ford icon DL9CG-5546) to ford India body shop in Vasant Kunj and its still not ready and kept my car in very bad condition and I am worried that it’s getting more damage. The workshop is inadequate and reliance insurance claim part is unsatisfactory. I am harassed with situation. And to my surprise I still not got my driving license back and no feedback/call by when I get back.
                                      The only answer i get when i call them, the part is comming!

                                      I have owned a Ford Ikon 1.6 Nxt for the last 6 years and it has been a good steady car and i put it down as one of my best investments. Lately, commencing from early 2011, I have noticed a lackadaisical attitude combined with a heavy hand of arrogance from the customer service division at Ford Bangalore, specifically the divisions at Lingarajpuram and M.G Road.
                                      For a most trivial engine rubber tube change, costing Rs 1800, the labour charges have been close to Rs 500/-. As the defect was pointed by me, I could very easily have done the above if they had only provided me with the parts.The above incident was preceded by the service team in Lingarajpuram giving me a cost estimate of Rs 3300/- for a truckload of changes to be made when all i had asked for was topping off the fluids.The above incidents happened within a span of a month. Now the focus seems to be solely on making a quick buck out of the customer.

                                      Another glaring discrepancy was the large number of service experts running around doing god knows what, while customer service was working at a snail's pace . It took me an hour to get to make a payment when there were no other customers waiting ahead of me. It was quite amusing to begin with but turned into sheer annoyance at the ineptitude on display. The local language of communication made it impossible for any meaningful dialogue. I received no answers for their unprofessional behaviour except a few shrugs and grunts. I had brought the above to the notice of the complaints division but i doubt the gentleman in charge made any sincere note of it. It was a harrowing wait of over 2 hours for self and wife for something which could have been done within 5 mins.
