[Resolved]  Fortis Healthcare — no deposit refund received

My mother Revati Kinnarkar had CABG done at Fortis Mulund and was discharged on 8th April 2024. We had cashless facility so had to pay Rs.50000 as security deposit.

After 2 months now we are yet to receive refund although our claim is long settled by insurance company! All I received was Rs. 9999.59. When will we receive the refund???

I also tried calling on support who said they will arrange for callback but never received call even after repeatedly reminding them. There is also no reply from discharge department after mailing them.

Please arrange for refund ASAP.
