[Resolved]  Fortis Healthcare — Patient not treated

This is to bring to the kind notice of higher authorities of Fortis Hospital Amritsar Specifically that My father was admitted in emergency and kept in ICU for 2 days, Doctors could not stabilize him for further diagnosis even after knowing his medical history he was admitted but then when doctors failed to treat him they asked to take the patient home when doctors where questioned that why are they not able to stabilize a patient they said they do not treat such patients as they do not have the expertise to handle them.

My question is why was he in the first place Admit if that hospital did not have the proper staff or equipment to treat a patient there was a huge mess created when our family questioned the doctor the staff was pathetically rude and insensitive towards us.

Just to bring to your notice the patient was taken back home on LAMA as doctors could not treat or even diagnose the problem to avoid any further delay he was taken and admitted to another hospital and further treated well by other hospital doctors but why was this hospital unable to treat and charged around a lakh for 2 days without doing or treating anything.

When seniors were informed they said they will look into it and update but it been more than 10 days no reverts from the hospital staff.
