Till date docket not receivd by me. I made a complain in regard to this (complain No[protected] but the are not responding to the complain seriously as the are always replying that document will be delivered soon. but they are not sure when the delivery will take place.

The Local incharge in Hyderabad and Mumbai were so rude, they just banged the phone without even listening to me. The Guy name Amit Kumar - [protected] who is supposed to be the incharge in Hyderabad threatened me for delaying the parcel and just disconnected the call. Howe cheap and unprofessional services by Gati...3rd Class service is not the word...even after mentioning the assured date delivery, it has been delayed by 7 days and till now no update from them.
When i called up customer care; they said we are busy in dispatching flipkart and amazon parcels thats why its getting delayed in delivery. then stop taking requests from your customers; and stop fooling them.
I am surprise; how Flipkart and Amazon work with such pathetic company and employees.
