Laptop fraud by ex-employee

One of the ex-employees of Genpact Named Neelesh pratap singh was trying to sell me Genpact laptop and desktop was was doing fraud with me…when I got to know he started abusing me..you should take action against this type of fraud..as I got to k ow that he is working with some other organization not with Genpact and trying to sell the assets of the company here and there..I can share all his details I have...

Regarding my PF withdrawal request no response from HR team

Address: Gurugram

I am writing mails to the HR department as well as my HR at that time Anushweta and HR manager to accept my PF withdrawal request however there is no response from them and the team as well. It is very disappointing and seems like they are ignoring my mails and I am mailing them form last 15 days. I am also doing top up mails coz i understand sometime mails can be missed but alas this is not the case. They just need to open their PF portal...

FnF not released even after 45 days

I left Genpact due to mental harrassment from my manager, the company is still harrassing me even after I've left. It has been more than 45 days since my LWD and they have not released my full and final. Yes they are responding back to me in emails but they are quoting that fnf cannot be released as business approval is pending. I fail to understand what business approval is required to pay me my salary. I'm honestly sick and tired at this...

HR rejected my application after offering offer letter

Hi, I am former employee of Genpact worked during 2016-17 and I applied again in genpact 31 may 2023 and hired by Manager in video call. Later hr called me and discussed offer amount and CTC. And I have resigned on that basis in my current organisation now later on hr rejected my application saying you are not fulfilling our hr criteria.

Please help me what should I do.

PF Withdrawal/Transfer

Am an ex employee of Genpact, have worked in Genpact for 13 years and have resigned in Jan 2023.

1) I was told earlier that I can go for PF withdrawal after 60 days post resignation (Source Image Attached)
2) Later in May 2023 have asked to raise a PF transfer request in EPFO Portal (Source Image Attached) and they reason they provided is that Genpact PF Trust is been migrated to EPFO in Feb 2023.
Not sure why...
