[Resolved]  GNN Packers and Movers — Belongings not received

This is to complain against 5th.in (online web site) and GNN Cargo movers and packers.I searched for packers and movers from Bhubaneswar to Kazipet. From http://5th.in/packers-and-movers-bhubaneswar/ I got the reference of GNN CARGO MOVERS AND PACKERS(Plot No. 629/9969, Sameigadia, Chakeisiani, Rasulgarh, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar - 751010).The person Mr. SATYABRATA NAYAK([protected]) took all the belongings(two cartoons of books) on 12/07/2015 from Bhubaneswar and told us that those will be delivered within 3-4 days in Kazipet. I have been calling to him many times but they say it is delivered from bhubaneswar to hyderabad and it is not yet delivered to kazipet. I am even asking the contact details of hyderabad from where I can pick the belongings but they are not willing to provide this. I am in a deep trouble because of this harassment. The amount is paid but they are harassing customers like anything and not even concerened when called.
