[Resolved]  GNN Packers and Movers — The service is very bad

I booked GNN Packers and Movers from bhubaneswar to kolkata but the the team at kolkata denied to unload the items to the floor and advised to give more extra 2000 rs. And the bhubaneswar manager MR. NAYAK didn't pick up the call and no response received from them. I have paid all the amount for the same at bhubaneswar but i have to arrange my people's to unload and unpack the items. Kindly note this packers and movers are fraud and have money making business racket. Kindly do not book from this packers and movers for your own safety. GNN Packers and Movers Customer Care's response Dear sir, first of all u have to promise all the goods taken by lift to 5 the floor but at the unloading point 50% goods allow to send by lift and rest of items did not allow to taken by lift.for that we ask for extra charges.if you dont know they allow the lift for all goods or not why you promise to us when we ask you for unloading about lift that time you promise to us they will allow the lift for all goods.so they charge exta Rs.2000/- for with out lift thats all.

Updated by Ajit Mohapatraa FYI, while booking it was informed lift is there and all items were taken by the lift after paying 2000 extra . prior to unloading i was advised to give 2000 extra. Kindly also note My nayak didn't pick up my call, where i was continuously calling him. sincere advise to all please beware of them. rest upto you.

Updated by Ajit Mohapatraa poor, unprofessional service delivery. while booking he used to talk very politely and afterwards his behavior used to come out. sorry for late reply as i was out of country. but what is written is true from my side and GNN will try to defend themselves by putting blame on customers. Just Be Aware

I have arranged labour and paid the amount. They promise a lot but in return they provide opposite.

honestly we agree they ask extra Rs.2000 but they did not allow the lift.
