[Resolved]  GNN Packers and Movers — Non Delivery of Consignment (two wheeler) - Even after one month of booking

Dear Sir/Mam, I had booked a consignment (two wheeler) with GNN Packers and Movers on March 22, 2014 for transportation from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai. It was promised that the consignment will be delivered in Mumbai on March 27, 2014. However it has not been delivered till now. The contact person Mr. Satyabrata Nayak has been bluntly lying about the status of my consignment and has been making excuses such as the truck driver stopping by at his house (which was apparently on the way) etc. However on my constant follow up he finally said that the consignment has been shipped by Bluedart and has reached Mumbai. On further inquiry with Bluedart i discovered that the consignment was shipped on April 12, 2014 (3 weeks after it was booked with GNN Packers) and is stuck with them due to some issues with the invoice value which can only be solved at the end of GNN Packers (Mr. Satyabrata Nayak). Further Mr. Nayak is unable to unwilling to solve the issue at the moment. Request you to take necessary action. Thanks Saurabh Piplani
