GNN Packers and Movers — Poor Unprofessional Service Delivery

I had booked for my consignment, as I had to relocate from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad.my consignment was picked from my house on 8th Oct 2021 and was committed by the owner it will take one week (P.S.- i[censored] lie i have screenshots mentioning that it will take one week by as mentioned by u only) later on whenever I called for a follow-up the responses were irrelevant (19:1 call ratio). When I enquired that where in Hyderabad my goods are stuck he said he can't share the contact no. of delivery persons as they will get irritated and disconnect the call. Further he did not responded to calls later on. He lacks to coordinate and negotiate with the logistics handling people. They provide worst service, having worst interaction and moreover their license should be cancelled. They only know to cheat people. There are a lot of poor reviews for them, which defines the quality. I'm posting this on 1st November 2021 and I have not received my goods yet and they are not responding to calls.
