I have purchased a airconditioner through your dealer in the name of Sree Meera airconditioner at karaikudi, sivagangai district on dated 27.03.2022.But the air conditioner is not functioning good at beginning itself.So i immediately formed to the above said dealers.They have send a service engineer for my complaint in this year march month-2023, that service engineer told to me that airconditioner have some gas leakage problem beginning itself.So i informed to the dealer that dealer told me no problem sir i would refilled because your warrenty period is not yet over.At the same time i asked to the dealer for unit replacement but that dealer no problem sir i would rectify.Next day they can send on a service engineer for gas refilled in the month of march-2023.But the above said air conditioner is not functioning good after the three months over service call.So once again i asked the dealer yesterday for my above said problem.Yesterday, again they have send one service engineer that service engineer checked the above said air conditioner and told me sir gas is not there, so can I refill the gas but Iam told to me three months back only refilled the gas, so i told don't want refill and also i asked to the service engineer what is the main default my ac.That service engineer told me sir this ac machine gas leakage problem beginning itself.So once again i asked to that dealer for my ac problem.But still now no response from that dealer.Kindly rectify my ac problems otherwise definitely i will go to consumer court for your product and also against your poor performance dealer.
