[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — unethical behaviour from the company authorized service partner

Address: Isha Enterprises, Shop 14, Channel Plazza, Opp. Mahavir Furniture, Near King Electronics Takka, Old Panvel- 410206.

I purchased Godrej refrigerator from Godrej and Boyce MFG Co LTD, Kukse-Boroli Village, Mumbai Nashik Highway. The sale Invoice number is 10003JI11069514 dated 23/03/23 and after buying within 3 months the fridge door handle broke from between while opening and closing the fridge door. I can't believe it was poor quality from Godrej. And tried complaining from internal source. And I didn't got any results. So, I keep trying. Finally I could connect in the 11th month and product was still under warranty. And call no. is B[protected]. Then on 20th March I got call from Isha Enterprises, Panvel which is a authorized service provider who shared me the prices of the each part that got damaged. And asked me to pay the half amount. And I agreed to pay and before payment I checked is really isha enterprises the authorized service provider for Godrej. So, I made the payment. And I asked how long will it take to get all the parts and solve my problem. The lady from the service center said a week. And when I took follow up she kept asking for 2-3 working days. And it's been nearly 25 days now and now she is neither responding to whatsapp chat or picking up my phone.
