This is Regarding godrej A/C I have purchased two months back,

I (Vishwarup Sonawane) purchased a Godrej A/c, 1 Ton, 3 Star on 25th March 2017 from Bajaj Electronics Kondapur Hyderabad.
After few days on 20th April I observed one issue, where A/C stopped working, stucked at one position and not responding to remote, and started back after some time automatically.
I immediately complained about it to customer service. One technician came check and said I don't see any issue, and went of without doing anything.
After few days same thing happened and also got access electricity bill of around 4000 rs for around 35 days o[censored]se, even after using it not more than 4-5 hours a day, which usually come 300-400 without use of A/C. which is not normal for these range of A/C.
I complained about it, a technician came, checked and detached the A/C from stabilizer stating it is the issue with stabilizer and went.
After few days same issue occurred and it started coming so oftenly that there was no use of purchasing the A/C in this hot season as it was getting stucked all the time.
This time I recorded the Video of it in my mobile phone, logged complaint showed it to technician and he escalated the issue further.
It has been more than a Month, I still did not get any acknowledgement from Godrej side, Few people called me and while I was explaining the issue to them they only started getting hyper on me raised voice and used bad words.
This is the worst service I got from Godrej, very unprofessional behavior. It is a total loss of time money and efforts.
I request you to look into this matter, and refund my money for the A/C, access electric bill and compensation for loss of time money and efforts.
I am attaching electric Bills as the proof, Kindly proceed further as soon as possible.

My Godrej Refrigerator (double door) is not cooling at all.we are facing this issue from last week.Could you please send Technician to our address who will look into this problem.
