Goibibo — Air ticket refund

Air Tickets boked via Goibibo website on Air India. However due to rescheduling the flight from airlines, the ticket has been cancelled from Airlines end as well as Go ibibo end. It was confirmed both by AIrIndia and Goibibo that we are eligible for full refund.However the same as not been refunded. Several times it has been reminded. AirIndia has refunded the money, however the same has not refunded to me by Goibibo travel agent. AirIndia has even provided refund details, however goibibo has not been responding, Details of travel mentioned below 12NOV 18:00 NEW DELHI -INDORE AI636 AIR INDIA, PNR- JWE49 1.
