Goibibo.com — Operator cancel the service

I have booked ticket from bangalore to koothattukulam on 10th of april and the operator ANGEL service cancel the trip. and i booked another ticket . And when i contact they are not responding proper after some long try they told refund will be done in 7 days now its been 25 days after that last response.And my booking ID is GOBUSe4f2b[protected]
