Hi,
I had made hotel booking through Goibibo fron 22nd June 2015 to 26th June 2015. The initial booking was from 22 to 27 th which I got changed.
Now their are two issues:
1. They haven't refunded my one day stay money back to my credit card it is kept in the Go cash. When I asked them they quated in a mail "Please be informed that the booking has been canceled for last night and refund amount of Rs. 2635 will be credited back in your same account through which payment was made in 5-7 working days." This mail was sent by them on 6th July.
2. There are several issues with the hotel where I stayed for the first night - : 1) Staff service is pathetic, 2) amenities and ambience is now what is there on the web and lastly since morning there is no water and the hotel staff is completely passive about it until I threatened the hotel In charge. Despite that they had taking more that hour to give the water that to in buckets.
I have send them countless mails to ayushi,
Managemant Goibibo, however got no positive reply. Over and ablove when I send mails to [protected]@goibibo.com it bounces back.
It would be great If you could help regarding same.
Further if you need I could mail you all the communications that I regarding this issue.
