i booked 2 tickets in an AC bus through goibibo.com on 16th of may 2015.on reaching the boarding point IT was a NON AC bus.on talking to the customer care of the company they assured me a refund of Rs.200 within 15 days but i havent recieved it yet.i again brought it to the notice of company about the refund a week before and they assured me refund in 5 days..and even today on enquiry it says AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFUND, that simply means they have not even initiated the refund process +0 photos Was this information helpful? But when I'sent an email, I received bounce email like below.
