Goibibo — NO credit shell details of the flight cancelled during lockdown

Hi,
I had booked indigo 2-way flights from Goibibo for 17th Aril and 3rd way got cancelled due to lockdown. If I check my credit shell balance on the indigo website, they state that the amount has been sent to the agent and I need to check with them but there is no active no, of goibibo . Also when I check my trip details for the same flight to see for the refund/credit shell status, the screen shows a blank. I cannot see where the money is there as per the govt. norms, they have to be refunded by the agent.
