[Resolved] Goibibo — Not refunding my airfare

Dear sir, Due to change in schedule of flight from spice jet for Bangalore to Hyderabad. I cancelled my flight spicejet SG-1038 . SpiceJet Flight 1034 Jan 22-Confirmation #Q3PHHI Please help me in refunding my full amount (100%) soon from Goibibo people. I don't have any other option to cancel this flight. because I have another connecting flight from Hyderabad but due to change in time of this flight. its not possible for me to connect the connecting flight . I tried with goibibo people so many times but they are not refunding my amount . Please lodge a complaint against goibibo people and help me in refunding the full amount 2504 rupees .
