Goibibo — Refund Claim

Dear Sir, I booked the ticket on 30/07/2015 booking ID BOOKING ID: JQXKZ at around 1Pm but due to some reason ticket was not booked after discussion with goibibo executive and got a reply that refund will be credited in my account within 5-7 days. After 7 days have been completed refund amount not credited then we contact the ibibo team they replied will contact within 24 hours after discussion with concerned team, but still no reply came, Further when we tried to contact them they replied that we have not said anything and money will not refunded, So kindly arrange to get my money refund. Goibibo not settle my refund amount from last 2 months.
