Complain about poor work

Poor work done by contractor in Navsari Dist. And also aked for extra charge even though we are deposited whole amount by cheque. Work done in Shorted path & if there is no any man available at home work is carry out as per contractor gang's rule. If there is poor family wants to Gas connection then contractor make fool him/her. Contractor asked for sign in report forcefully even if work is not done or improper. No any action taken by GSPC...

Heavy amount of bill received for month Feb-April 2017

I am timely paying bill of Gujarat gas since 7years, my customer ID is[protected], We get minimum bill of 180-200 rs for consecutive three months then in March I got massive bill of nearly 1596 rs,
Why so much bill without high usage?
How bill was created?
Which unit was accounted for last four month?

Bill amount

I got a message now, that my gas bill is generated.
& amount Rs. 2285456/- but, how can possible.
I have to inform you that your meter riding checker has told us your bill is not generated due to some error.
So please request do needful as soon as possible...

My connection yet not activated

Dec jan and feb bill of 331rs only then given bill of more than 4000 rs

Unethical behaviour

this is to inform you that The gas pipeline has been added by your company 20 days ago and the meter has been installed a week ago, gas supply is also installed in the pipes, but the flexible pipe applied to the gas stove is not added to the stove.
Apart from this, any engineer and authorized person coming here is torturing us and the gas is not connecting! We are very upset, please get attention...

Reconnection of domestic line connection

My connection no. is [protected], Binaben Mahesh Kosambi. I have applied and paid adva75% advance of estimated cost for line reinstallation & connection on dated: 4.03.2017. As per rule & commitment it has to be done within 15 days. However till date it is not happened. M/s Divya Trade links contractor is not responding on phone. Requested to take up the matter on top priority....

Regarding GSPC gas pipeline changing.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I beg to say that I am Surendra Dhuriya (Costumer No[protected] and given application in request to shift my gas pipeline in person dated 8th Feb, 2017, where I was promised that it will be shifted within 15 days.

After that, I have talked to customer care 5 times in this regard and also requested in person in the office then also no response from the GSPC.

Billing payment issue

I paid my October- November bill through HDFC bank RS. 585/- on 2nd December 2016,
but when my DEC-Jan bill come along with the previous bill amount 585+556=RS 1141/-
Which means payment is done but in your system it is not updated
because in my account it shows transaction is done.
Please kindly contact me about this.

Not provided details of deductions in refund amount

I hv received a cheq. FOr refund of deposit.but co. Is unable to provide details of deductions.
I had paid deposit rs. 6000/- and refund amt. Rs. 5168/- i had paid all outstanding bllls whatever co. Demanded n all receipts are with me.

Not receiving gas bill

I got a message on the 24th January, that my gas bill was generated.
I have to inform you that till today 2 nd February, i have not received the bill.
Last time also i had not received my gas bill and had to frantically run to pay the bill on the due date.
I request you to check the matter and ensure that we get gas bills on time, so we can pay them on time.

Close my gspc gas pipeline connection

Your above noted Gas Station not accepting any type of debit/credit cards
& always insists on cash payment.

It is against national policy & if you do not take any action we will send this
compalin to PMO directly & also inform PMO why you are not following national policy...

Delay in reconnection

Delay in reconnection of dommestic gas at home.

reconnection charges paid to shreeji construction on 10/12/2016 n line has been installed upto kitchen. But till date main connection from land main line not connected since long. All formalities jas been completed. Pl. Look into the matter urgently.
