This complain is against the bus from valsad to daman which leaves at 8.20 from valsad . Bus number is GJ-18-Z-9075. This bus is never on time . Half the time the driver takes unusual breaks and though it's a new bus we are often told that it is broken down or not working. We never get any replacement bus also. With due respect informed that I was travel in Jamnagar -Bhavnagar bus depart from Jamnagar 6:47. The bus is halt in hotel between Babra and Dhasa.The food and service is offered are very bad in rainy season also urinal/toilet was blocken. People are going outside in this season.I told driver and conductor, they replied me -contract was offered by GSRTC, we are unable to do anything.

I am trying to book online tickets for gsrtc bus from shirpur to ankleshwar GIDC in chopda to jambusar bus which is going to ankleshwar via shirpur, shahada but in online there is not showing bus from shirpur and shahada, so how can I book my tickets from online please resolve this issue on online booking website.

& the bus has arrived 45 minutes later, that is, on 2:45 pm with no explainable reasons given by on duty conductor, rather he ignored the complains of passengers....

I travelled in a GSRTC Volvo Bus from Nathdwara to Ahmedabad, and had a horrible experience. Once it started raining outside, my Lower berth seats started leaking water from the roof. Today on Dt. 24.06.2023, bus No. GJ-18-Z-2943 minibus of route Dahegam - Makarpura ( Baroda) local bus driver had not stopped the bus at College stop at Kapadwanj at 9:58 AM. The payment for the Volvo ticket booking was done and amount was deducted. After that one sms informing about successful payment was received but no PNR number and ticket were provided. If the status of transaction is checked on GSRTC then it shows successful. And at the same time when I check in history then the same transection is shown in failure list.
