Yesterday, I booked ticket from happyfares.in for my brother (from Mumbai to Delhi dated 6th December, 2022).
Reference No.has been generated by them but no information was given regarding ticket booking. Amount has been deducted from our account.
We have raised this issue via email or call at their customer care helpline I'd or number, but they have not given any response neither via email nor via call.
We are waiting for their booking confirmation or their denial.
What if they give confirmation for ticket if we book ticket from another site or app. We cannot proceed to book until we get confirmation or denial.
Due to this issue, we are already in loss as the Fares of the ticket is increasing & we are just waiting for their confirmation. Below is our reference ID. Pls help us.
