Hi,
I made 2 flight reservation from HappyFares on two separate days because the first one was cancelled by the airline. The second was also cancelled the next day. The flights were ZFN9ST and IE1ISG, both operated by SpiceJet.
I received mail from Happyfares that the refund has been processed for the first flight (ZFN9ST) Details are -
Refund Description :
Ticket Amount Paid 4643.00
Airline Penalty 0.00
Happyfare Fee 500.00
Net Refund 4143.00
Convenience Fee
(Non refundable) 300.00
For the second flight, the refund is as follows:
Ticket Amount Paid 5459.00
Airline Penalty 0.00
Happyfare Fee 500.00
Net Refund 4959.00
Convenience Fee
(Non refundable) 0.00
So I am paying a total of 800 (first flight) + 500 (second flight) = 1300 rupees for a reason that was absolutely their fault. I would like a refund of the complete amount. Happyfares has no right to keep the 1000 rupees for a service that they did not deliver.
Please credit my 1300 rupees.
