I have booked a ticket for 9 Passengers, 7 Adults and 2 Childerns on GO First Flight No G8-325 Via Happy Fares Ref. No. LC4UYD from Mumbai to Bangalore Dt.19.05.2023.
I Received a text message from GO First on Dt.09.05.2023 stating that the flight has been cancelled due to some operational reason after getting in touch with the airlines they told that the full refund will be intiated with 24 hours as the flight has been cancelled.
After that I Contacted Happy Fare Customer Care No. [protected] and there representative told me that the refund will be credited to my account 7 to 15 days after deduction of Rs.1000 Per pessanger as the convyence fee.
Why should i pay the convyence fee if the airlines has cancelled the flight more over my further planning has also been disturbed as i have made the hotel reservation and travelling plan with my family, who is going to pay for that ??
This is totally a harresment to the customer for no reason or fault of customer, please help me to get the complete refund with out any deduction.
