Harman India — worst customer service by #harman#jbl
This is jbl wired earphones was not working and as per the communication had with call center i have submitted the product to service center at Nagpur.
The communication started on 30th January 2020 and till now I didn't receive any update from Harman team.
My complaint number is MH-E[protected]
My product is in warranty and I am unable to use the product for more than 7 months.
I need a solution to the issue by tomorrow., if not will be escalated to CEO and consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
