I purchased my jbl flip 4 speaker & was in warranty period. It was sent to service center in time.
It's a serious failure of customer support that i am not getting my product back after repairing.
As of now it's more than 55 days, that i had sent my product to service centre as asked by them.
(Shipping address: flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122016).
I had attached all the required bills & docs along with it.
They confirmed the product was received by service center on 28th june. They promised to get me back my product within 15 days & maximum of 20 days in any situation.
Now when i call customer care, each week they are fooling to send me the product and postponing it for next week.
I am taking follow up every week from customer support. When being asked to transfer the call to their manager, they put me on hold for about an hour each time. All this time went in vain as their supervisor never picks up call and wastes my precious time of hour every time.
They are just raising the tickets and closing it without resolution, they are misguiding in letting me know the exact status too about my product.
I had been told every week after raising the complaint that i will get call back within 24-48 hrs. Never got any call.
When been asked to let me speak to supervisor, they never made that possible for me. No call back was ever received.
I have records of call.
It's enough from my end to let you the grievance. I am totally frustrated, fooled & misguided by them.
I am attaching the receipt of couriered product which i sent.
