HORRIBLE! It is totally unacceptable and I want my money back. I have lost trust with the brand and I will definitely never buy a JBL product or recommend anyone to do it ever!
I had purchased a JBL headphone (650BTNC- BLUE) on October 4th. On October 23rd, the headphone stopped charging and the customer care asked me to deposit the faulty piece. I was supposed to get the exchange (a new piece) by November 7th.
I got the headphones delivered on November 9th after much follow up. But I was given a used product covered in dust and the ear padding worn out. Moreover, its not working either, its not charging. The inside of the box has dents too. Were you asleep while attending my issue? Why have you given me a used and dirty and a faulty product again? What were you thinking?
Also, when my headphones had arrived last time, they had a fresh leather/device smell which lasted for over 2-3 days but this device has no such smell. And you guys are claiming that this is a fresh piece?

I have waited a very long time for the exchange and to receive a defective and used piece is extremely upsetting. When I called the customer care they asked me to email the images and no concrète action has been taken on it yet.
Kindly refund my money else I will have to take up the matter with the consumer forum. You cheated me off my hard earned money. Sending a used and defective product to a customer is unethical. Kindly take back the product and return my money.
