4th Dec 2019 to 24th Feb 2020 but no update from JBL yet. Almost 3 months its been but JBL Haman is unable to solve the issue.

After 6 months, I have finally received the product and my complaint has been resolved. But there was no follow ups from Harman India's side at all even a single time. Six months is way too long I had purchased a new product of some other company by then. Also, the product was delivered just a random day without confirming the address or without any prior notice or intimation. If the address would have changed then there would have been no chance of we getting our product. The customer care services of JBL Harman India is pathetic. I will never purchase any product from them ever!!
