Harman India — I am complaining about the replacement of product

I already submitted my earphone multiple times to nearest service centre as one earpiece was not working properly. It's been four to five times since I'm asking for replacement again and again in a year but the problem is still the same every a month or two the one earpiece is stop working and I have to visit service centre for replacement of the product. It's like I already wasted and commuted to the service centre more than the cost or that earphone. And this time they denied to deliver the product as I am not carrying my registered phone and asking for OTP but as you see I already given them another number while submitting the product for exchange but now they are denying for replacement. I don't understand while they are suffered me multiple times while visiting the service centre that what's wrong this time just because I have not my previous number but I am still carrying or the invoices and email which they can verify too. By this end it feels worse to buy products from this so called brand. Very very disappointed by this troubleness. It's better I could just donate the product to you guys .
