This is regarding my complaint No. KL-E[protected].to harman India
I purchased spin 150 infinity earbuds, as an offer from dell india, during purchase of vostro 14 3401 laptop. The offer price was Rs 499.
It was found one of the ear buds not working. So I contacted harman India customer care on 1-7-2021. I was told to upload the invoice of the purchase. I uploaded the same on 3-7-2021.in their whatsapp. But there was no response. On 7th July 21, i contacted the customer care again, and was told to upload jpeg image of the invoice. I did as I was told. But there was no response for two days. Again I contacted customer care. I was told to upload once again.
I uploaded the jpeg image of invoice.
Now I am told as reply from whatsapp that the uploaded invoice is edited and upload original.
I contacted the customer care and said that what I uploaded is original issued by Dell india.
I would like state that what I uploaded is one sent by Dell india through email. I have received the item by post but invoice I received through email.
If any doubt regarding the genuineness of the invoice harman India can varify it from Dell india offers.
20 days passed since I registered a complaint, but a proper solution is not yet received for repair process of the ear buds.
