I bought JBL 2.1 Sound system on 29th April 2019 and and since April it started generating distorted sound from Woofer so i raised complaint to Harman for rectification of problem on 13th May 2020. We paid 21K to buy the system which is probably have created trouble in just 1 Years span. This product is no worth to buy, Now Harman is saying that product is out of warranty and they will do the repair which i am not agreeing for because in just one year and 13 Days span why one should pay charges to get such expensive product repaired. This is not at all acceptable from a brand like JBL Harman. Kindly requesting Harman to provide free replacement of Woofer as it just cross 13 Days from warranty which was not known to undersigned. faced worst experience by such a nice brand. Also it took several calls to get service person visited to my house and this kind of service support i have not seen from any other brand.

Created another case as was not able to add few images of Email screen shots.
Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Harshmech85 Further to write on this, please find here with an attached copy of email communication screen shots where customer support have not mentioned ever that product is out of service hence products will be repaired at extra charge. I request to review attached files. around 8-10 emails received from Harman without proper response.
