I bough my jbl flip 2 speaker online and within few months it had got the charging issue.
Not to mention as everyone is aware that jbl released so many defective speakers which faced the charging issue (As people around faced the same issue). And this piece was defective like many other in the same category where it always had charging issues and ultimately couldn't charge at all.
I had asked for the replacement of the product when it was under warranty itself. But support had just temporarily fixed it instead..
Still the charging was not proper. And the problem occured again. And i sent my product to the service centre when again and i kept mailing them to track my product and service centre called me so late and my product went out of warranty by then.
While i was so frustrated with this whole process and sending for repair again and again these guys called me and asked for 1200 for its repair. And that too with just one month warranty and this product will go bad again in 2 months as its a faulty one.
This was just disgusting. I was already regretting purchasing this expensive useless jbl product and now these guys asked me for this money instead of replacing product.
After that i never heard from them and have been trying to track my speaker. Its been 6 months now i have no clue where my speaker is
This is the heights of worst service!!!
My experience with jbl had been really bad. I wish i had purchased some other brand which would have been cheaper and better instead.
I have posted and told everyone to not to purchase jbl ever and rather buy other brands.
Their customer care service is so patetic that you call them and they dont help you at all. Manisha, robin singhal from customer care who said that they will try to solve my problem and either get me the refund or that replacement of the product just vanished.
They did not even tell if my product is still with them
This shows that they do not value their customers time and money
They do not even reply to your mails.
I just want my money back and i am done with harman and its service.
I cant keep calling you guys to in turn get nothing. Give my money back cos you kept my product with you.
Jbl is fraud company!!!
