Harman India — jbl flip 2 warranty claim

Hi. I bought a jbl flip 2 from flipkart in november 2016. It was working fine but suddenly started facing problems. I contacted the customer service and they told me to courier the product. I did as i was told. Now, they refused to accept the delivery and now after wasting my time and money and the 1year purchase date is also near, i am left with no choice. I suppose i will complaint with the consumer forum if i don't get a favourable reponse.
