I have bought JBL SB350 dolby digital from flipkart platform on 5th Oct 2019 for my older parents.
It is ridiculously funny that I have been struggling for my complaint which I have first filed on 22Jan 2020. My complaint number is Harman International Case # 05905599. My registered contact number is [protected].
It is been more than 6 months now and there is no solution from your side. I am sorry to say that I have been dealing with the MNC where service standards for a customer are almost zero. I admit that It was my biggest mistake for buying a Harman product and I am sure that I would never ever buy Harman product again in life.
I have registered my complaint almost 2 months before lockdown started. Since then I have made minimum 20 + attempts but I have never received a follow up call from the so called MNC customer care department.
When an executive visited my home on 10th Feb (after 3-4 repetitive calls), I was shockingly come to know that one of the speakers in Soundbar was faulty, remote was faulty and Woofer was also faulty. I have been assured for repairing to be done in a week for more than 5 instances from Harman Customer support.
I would request you to sort out my issue as early as possible. I have two demand here.
1. Either repair it immediately or replace it
2. In case of repairing, kindly extend my warranty period for 6 more months as it is not working for more than 6 months.
I hope my problem would be resolved shortly.
