I had purchased a jbl headphone from flipkart on 5 march 2020. After 3 months the headphone stopped working. I sent an email to harman on the 17 j7ne 2020. They asked me to confirm if the product was faulty, try cleaningnit up and asked me for the invoice from flipkart which o sent.
Since then there has been no response feom flipkart.
