I bought the jbl bluetooth speaker "flip 3" from PAYTM on 10th of january 2016 and since then the product was working fine till one day at August end it's voice started vibrating and i came to know that it is not working fine.
I contacted the jbl support that is "harman india" around 5th of September and till then it is now 15th Octobet and i don't know where is my product and when it will be delivered back to me.
Aftet i mailed them my invoice copy they asked me to courier the product at some address in Delhi and this was nowhere mentioned while i purchased the product that i will have to courier it to delhi for some issue and that i will have to pay for courier charges. It is clearly mentioned in their policy that jbl will pay for courier charges if there is any issue in the product.
Then i said i won't be able to send it to delhi then they gave me an address of mumbai. I then couriered the product to mumbai address and i paid for the courier amount which harman india said they will pay but there is no communication from them after the product reached their service centre. Once the courier was received by them by a guy named "sahil" there was no communication from harman india about confirmation of receiving. I only mailed them about confirmation of delivery.
Post that as per their policy of taking "14 working days" which Excludes weekends. The product should have been delivered to me by yesterday but when i mailed them for asking the status of my product on 12th October they only replied yesterday and that too after my continous follow up.
And then they asked for invoice copy so that they can send back the product. But
I already sent the invoice copy previously. When i asked about the status of my speaker they gave me a support no. Which no one is picking. That means they don't know if my speaker is working fine and are just sending it to me.
I am fed up of this procedure and I DON'T WANT THEIR WASTE PRODUCT BACK. I want my money back now because i don't trust harman or jbl. I want the price of speaker that i paid along with the courier charges that are Rs. 8588 and Rs. 312 respectively. I have been mentally harassed by the harman customer support. As a proof i am attaching all of the mail conversations.
I believe i will get justice.
