I have bought jbl t110 earphone from paytm mall, it was delivered on 17th september and within one month it starts working bad 1st sounds were disturbing, then it's one side has stopped working.
On mid december i called to customer support (Herman india) about the problem and it was asked me to courior it on some address in gurgaon but dur to some reason i was not unable to do it.
On 9th of dec i again claimed warrenty, a pickup service was supposed to be arranged in 24-48 hours. And it was being cancelled due to non serviceable location on 10thdec but when i called for a follow up on 12th dec this was not informed to me. It came to my knowledge when i called again on 14th dec. And again a pick up service was promised in next 24 48 hour and again i havnt received any msg, call or mail from them, so it was told to me that it was again escalated to higher authority on 16th dec.
From 16th dec i have called them on 18, 19, 20, 21 and today and i have received same rply from them everytime a call that you have to wait 24-48 hours, you will get a call but i havnt received any of their call, msg or mail yet. My case havnt taken a baby step.
Today again they asked more time to pickup. I asked them if they can't pickup, courior service is available here i can do it, but their rply was again the same to wait. I have their recording.
I am leaving this location in next 72 hour and i can't travel with half working earphone. I'm attaching my earphone pic (No physical damage).
