Didn't get money back on cancellation of ticket

Volvo bus breakdown

Volvo bus from Gurgaon to Agra broke down near Hodal toll plaza due to Staring jam on 31st Dec 16. My old age parents were told to go by ordinary bus in freezing cold weather and that too in a full bus. There was no fare refund either.

This is absurd, does the department operate only one bus on this route and is this how alternate arrangements are made?...

Gurgaon city bus hit my car thrice and driver misbehaved
