I had booked 2 volvo tickets for 22 nd october from gurgaon to chandigarh on 15 oct 17.
The bus did not turn up and sadly, there was no information regarding the same.
I have been calling for refund of my money from then but worse part is my refund has not yet been made by the department.

I am really sorry to say despite sending mails to gm haryana roadways and continuous calling on landline numbers of haryana roadways gurgaon office i have not received my money

I request you to kindly look into the matter.

    Sir bus no. Hr 74 a 3692 ka conductor ne indian 10 rupee ke coin (Sikke) lane se mana kar diya jab usse batya ki bhai yaha siike band nahi hai. To ussne kaha pata hai sikke band nahi h.. Par m nahi longa. Todi der baad usne rude behavior karne laga.. Bolne laga mari pouch bout upper tak hai ja bigad lo mera kiya bigadna hai... Tum log jase bhout aate haii.. Pahle bhi mari kisi ne complaint ki thi. Kiya hua mera koch nahi gm mera kiya bigad lega.. Sir mera aapse se nivedan hai ki please meri es compaint par amal kare... Thanking you..       I had booked a volvo seat no 9 on 13/02/2018 for a volvo from delhi to chandigarh which runs at 11.15 pm.
      The transaction was accepted by the bank but there was no confirmation from your end.
      Then i had to book another seat i. E. Seat no 21.

      Please refund the amount of r's. 600 to my bank account.

          I complaint haryana roadways gm regarding my refund request for the ticket they didn’t issued me due to technical issues. They told me that refund has been initiated but still i haven’t received it. Its been more that 2 weeks they are even not responsive on calls. Not replying to my emails, this is really wrong please resolve my query asap. Pfb the information you may require.

            Dear sir, it is complaint against bus no. Hr46d-9522 which has been started from hisar near about 5.30pm dated 18/02/2018 for delhi, i took ticket from hisar for delhi isn't kashmirigate amt. 310/- for two passenger seat allotted 49 &50. Bus driver and conductor drop all passenger at peeragarhi chock at 9.10pm. As i m with my wife who is not feeling well we have faced tòo much problem due them as i have reached at my destination at 12.30.in spite of 10.30pm
            I request to the department there must be an action on them.
            Bus was running fine there was no problem with them.

            Dear sir
            I am a govt. employee and goes daily via BHIWANI -BEHAL route.But the timing of buses are very poor..These dont come at time and often THREE buses come together within 2 minutes around 3.30 PM at OBERA station..plz have a look and get the proper time table and oblige.

              Cab driver of car number hr 38w 2203 had parked his vehicle in front of our home. Which was causing problem for us to use the main gate of our house. When we approached the driver he behaved rudely with my elderly mother.
              He then started washing his vehicle hr 38w 2203 there only...
              My mother stepped and then warned him that she will be complaining about this.

                Today i book my ticket for date 13 feb 2018 bus timings 23:15 pm. Due to session timeout ticket was not booked but money has been debited from my account.

                After sometime when ticket released again i book ticket with same timings with my citi bank credit card and i successful book my ticket also i got sms and email for ticket.

                After 15 min i got sms and email ticket for my old transaction. Now i have 2 tickets with same timing, same day, and same seat no, how it is possible?

                I am also attaching my both ticket for 1 ticket am traveling tomorrow and for another please refund my money.
                Please initiate my refund return my account as earliest as possible.

                  I boarded from jagadhari bus stand in bus no. Hr 58 a 8783 for ambala cantt with ticket val no. 26394249/26495257. I have to de board at mahesh nagar bus stand. But driver & conductor ask me to board down at kd hospital which is approx.300 meter before to mahesh nagar bus stand. On my refusal, both driver & conductor behaved rudely & nonsense. They bring me to main ambala cantt bus stand & threatened me with abusive words. Due to this incident, i suffered with mental trauma, money wastage & prestigious time wastage. I request you to take administrative action against both driver & conductor, so that they could not misbehave in future with any passenger. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I want to say that. Today at sector 14 karnal there is no bus driver stop any bus to pick up students and students are waiting but there is no-one stop bus and finally students are run behind the bus one student are fell down from the bus and students just hit the stone in anger on bus. I know this wrong way to express views. But those are students and what can they do. Government should think about this matter

                      Respected officer i am visiting from jhajjar to rohtak but the buses time is not the real that they mentioned in chart of timing of buses so we lost our time. This is total wastage of time. From 6.30 to 7.20 there is no raodways bus. Sometime i thought to give up the studies but due to my faith in haryana transporti i did not. Plz provide a bus on 7 am so that we can travel safely and easily.

                      First of all I want to confirm that Manesar Stand is stoppage of haryana roadways of narnaul and rewari. If yes than why haryana roadways of rewari and narnaul will not stop at Manesar Stand as passenger waiting at Stand facing huge problem .Please take serious action on this matter.

                        I m a student from panchkula school and here i want to complain that most of the bus drivers pass the stopage without stopping there. I m the only girl at the stopage of sec 7, pkl and even today i waited for 1 and 1/2 hour and still went back to sec 6 so as to get an auto from sec 6. I want you to take strict action regarding this topic so that i could reach home on time.

                          I'm travelling to pipli (Kurukshetra) from chandigarh on jan 20, 2018 in bus number hr63c-1780 and bus driver was continuously smoking beedi during journey and it was uncomfortable for paasengers and bad for their health.

                          I would request you to take necessary action for avoiding any kind of smoking in haryana roadways and make it more better.

                                Hello sir, today i m travelling through naunaul deepo bus no hr 66 6711. I have so much request to conductor to open the door but he refuse to open that door. There was only a single door open for in or out for passenger. He has misbehave with me. He told that it's my rule i have decided that i m open which door or not i m the owner of that bus. I m a pregnant woman and working women also how can i travel in haryana roadways with that poor services. Kindly take some action.

                                  I manish dhulia was travelling from isbt kashmiri gate to panipat in haryana roadways bus number hr 65 9210 on 23.12.2017 while travelling i have suffered a lot due to rash drivering by driver and when i wanted to get down at panipat on my stoppage i was clearly informed/requested to conductor and driver please i want to get down at iti chowk where i always used to get down but due to their attitude they did not stop the bus whereas there 4 to 5 person included old lady citizen wanted to get down at same place along with me but he had not stop at the place they have dropped me at gohana mod which is far from iti chowk.. When i have asked to driver and conductor why did u do this then they have laughed on me i said me that jao kaam karo apna.. I kindly request you to do needful for me..

                                    I sit on seat no. 1 then conductor come and say go back to me but i refused him then he start abusing with me and trying to fight i told him that this is not your seat but he did not apply on it driver also supports him then i stood and gave him please take action against it, i have video of this also

                                      This is in context to the haryana roadways bus no. Hr 63 c7881 from jhajjar to chandigarh. At murthal stop the conductor refused to open the door for two girls passenger saying that the bus will not stop anywhere and directly land in ambala crossing all the areas by using flyovers.
                                      As per the rules no haryana roadways bus is allowed to avoid any bus stop by using flyovers.
                                      On reminding the conductor about the same rule, he started misbehaving with the girl passengers and used abusive language that was not at all acceptable and did'nt allowed the girls to board the bus.
                                      This is a kind request to strictly take action against the same.

                                      This is in context to the haryana roadways bus no.HR 63 C7881 from jhajjar to chandigarh.At murthal stop the conductor refused to stop the bus for passengers.For the next 30-40 minutes no bus was seen crossing the stop.
                                      However, I tavelled to murthal toll plaza by auto in a hope that i would be albe to board the bus.
                                      But the conductor refused to open the door saying that the bus will not stop anywhere and directly land in ambala crossing all the areas by using flyovers.I had to travel to karnal so he refused to open the door.
                                      As per the rules, no haryana roadways bus is allowed to avoid any bus stop by using flyovers.
                                      On reminding the conductor about the same rule, he started misbehaving with me(saying that ja krde complaint tu hoti kon hai ) and used abusive language that was not at all acceptable and did'nt allowed me to board the bus.
                                      However, again i travelled to gannaur bus stop by auto to board the bus.
                                      Again, no bus was seen at the stop for next 30 minutes.
                                      The frequency of buses had reduced in past few days that poses big problem for daily commuters to travel through public transport.
                                      This is a kind request to strictly take action against the specified bus as well as to look into the problem o[censored]nfrequent bus service.

                                        I have paid haryana tax of vehicle no pb65z6880 on 01.012.17 but transaction has been failed and payment has been deducted of rs. 800 with transaction id igaclwszv4 and receipt is not generated till date so i have made another payment of rs. 800 with transaction id igaclwuot2 on same date which was successful. So you are requested to kindly solve my problem and reverse my payment at the earliest which was failed and till date receipt is not updated on website of haryana transport department. This means transaction is failed and not successful.

                                        Today i have visited to pspcl office in kurali and checked the payment of rs.6559. The related officer have checked the transaction portal of e-payment from 01.12.17

                                        To till date but the said transaction is not shown and credited to there e-payment system. Now kindly see whether the payment is in transit or not.
