Hi team,
My name is kalpesh chavan and i am banking with hdfc from last10 years. I hold a credit card ending with 2456 with hdfc from last 7 years wnding with 2456.
This mail isto draw your attention towards the kind of people who are working in your collections team (Kanjurmarg east). Let me tell you the whole story...
I have taken a jumbo loan via my credit card through hdfc bank in 2015. Since then i am a regular payer who pays the emi on time and never misses the payment except of 2 instances.
The last time when i missed my payment in the month of january (Dont remember exactly) i had payed the emi which got missed and the current one together.
This month i missed the payment due to some financial crunch and surprisingly this time i faced a terrible time with hdfc collection team. A guy name ravi from the collection team was so rude and was talking like a goon with me. Today when he called me i was not able to talk to him because i was in a meeting, he then started calling the alternate number which is of my sister and started to scare the hell out of her.
When i called him and asked him why did you call her and threatened her,? His answer was amazing, he said that he just want the payment nad dont want to talk anything else.
You as a brand really want to harass people and take out the money i understand if someone has a habit of missing payments and is not regular. But a person like me who is regular and just missed it once you are harrassing me so much.
I dont have any problems about making the payments. I want to make it and will make it on 22nd of may (Both the payments). But this guy is not ready to wait and insulting, screaming, shouting and theratning me to make it before 3pm today.
I hope that i hear from you something asap
Anyways this guy has threatened me that he wants the payment by 6pm today otherwise...
If i dont hear from you asap. I will make sure that i and my family members stop using your bank services.
