Hello I have been using HDFC SEC for past 3 months, I have been charged heavily than the original brokerage percentage, I opened via DLF branch Chennai, Initially the hdfc employee told that the brokerage is 0.5 for delivery and 0.05 for intraday, but they are charging more than that, when I asked the customer care they said min of rs 25 or 0.55 which is higher only will be considered, but this was not informed to me during account opening, and Depository debit charges also not informed to me while account opening, And still now NO DEMO has given to me which was promised by the hdfc employee .most my profit is eaten up by hdfc sec . an d also they told brokerage charges will be reduced to 0.3 but still no now nothing has happened

& for dp charges you may contact at[protected] with Extn - 5 or write an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com as its charged by HDFC Bank Depository section.

stop kidding and try to read my complaint once again, I know that charges are displayed on websites, my complaint is I got miscommunicated on brokerage structure by pathetic hdfc employee who has no idea of what they are doing, they didn't even know what is dp charges means, there prime aim is to acquire customers and forget

    Hi all,

    I never seen such a irresponsible network administration like hdfc.
    I could not able to understand whether they hold the users amount from their account knowingly or unknowingly.
    Anyways here i want to give a complaint on behalf of hdfc for holding my account and not releasing it. I have called many times to hdfc ph banking number but no one is responding properly. All are irresponsible people in the organization. I need my money back to pay some emi so kindly release my amount soon.

      Hello All,

      HDFC bank has blocked certain amount on my account without any prior notification or information, I called the phone banking and they are saying that its has been blocked under the payment due for Credit Card. I asked them to provide the clause where it mention that they can block the amount in my account for the credit card payment without any notice. For the information I already paid the Credit Card partial payment a week ago, and I am frighting for the logic with HDFC CC department however instead of replying back to my email they are threatening me to pay the amount. however that's not the point. the point is how can they play with my money and block the any fund in my account, I have issued CHQ if that bounces who will take the responsibility of that? is HDFC bank will take the responsibility. Calling the Phone baking does not help as they don not have any answer and they are laughing. I asked them to provide me the clause where its mention that they can block the fund, I think that the genuine ask however they are not providing with any detail.

        Hi,

        I had received the following message from hdfc bank.
        [dear customer,
        Renewal premium of rs.330 for your pmjjby policy & rs.12 for pmsby policy will be debited in may'16. Please ensure required balance in savings a/c]. Note that i didn't initiated any policy request for my account, but without my intervention policy has mapped to my account & getting warning messages to maintain the balance for debit the amount. On 27th march they debited the amount from my account.

        Kindly look into this to resolve my query and have to initiate refund which was debited from my account.

        Still there is no solution provided by HDFC back team, even this year they have debited the amount for Renewal premium of rs.330 for your pmjjby policy & rs.12 for pmsby policy. I don't have idea about HDFC customer service to the end user. Want to know that my complaints are resolved or not.

          I was using hdfc hdfc credit card ([protected])
          On 19-aug-2015, i've made a transaction of 1300 inr at m/s accelyst solutions pvt mumbai ind. But my monthly statement reflect 1292 inr amount. I file a complaint against this amount and simultaneously i made the payment for balance amount (Around 20k).
          As per my discussion with hdfc customer care, they blocked my card as they thought it was hacked.
          They took 3 to 4 month to know that i got some 8rs discount from accelyst solutions. So i was ready to pay 1292 amount and asked them to deduct the extra charge (I have that on my mail). As it was not my fault, hdfc took 3 – 4 months to resolve this.

          Still now i am ready to pay that amount and close this asap. But didn’t get a single response from hdf bank. Now i am getting calls from random people to pay an amount of 6845 inr.

          Please help me out in this to resolve this issue asap.

            Branch manager of above mentioned branch misbehaved with me when i visited there with my complain on 30.05.2016 at 5pm after talking with her on phone. which was acknowledged to my home br.manager mr. mukesh singh and my Rm supervisor miss rachana khera at the same time they ask me to complain at [protected]@hfdcbank.com where i wrote my complain but after several follow up there is no solution given to me till now.

                  Hi sir/madam,

                  I applied personal in hdfc bank ltd. I requested for 4lakhs but they have credited 4.80laksh. When i tried to contact to the person who approached me and collected the documents did not pick the call afterwards. I tried to raising the complaint. Customer care rep gave me one branch manger number and asked me to contact to him. I informed the issue to him. He told will get back to you after 3 hours. I called him after 3 hours but no response. I raised this to customer care. They told that it's been 3 months we can't do anything. After 3rd month they told my ecs form got rejected. I have to pay charges. I paid it and asked for alternative way as i moved to other state. They said i have to submit my ecs in hyderabad. I asked for offline payment they said it's not possible. A person from loan dept. Arguing with me that it's my mistake. I am wondering how the bank services can use such a word like mistake and all. I requested for balance transfer the person told there is no such a option in hdfc bank. When i referred site it's available.

                  I don't have any docs to submit as everything is on the phone call.

                        To unhone ne kha ki mai aage nhi bhar paunga aap mujhe mera paisa wapas de do.
                        To company wale ne kaha ki aapko 3 saal bad milega cut ne to hum logo ne kaha thik hai chalega..
                        3 saal bad me mai unka ladka gaya lene ke liye to abi tak unlogo ne nhi diya..mai 5 Saal se bhag rha hu aur abi 4 mahina pahele mere pitaji ki death ho gai..maine death certifacate bhi jama kiya fir bhinhi hua

                        Mai jayda tar out of mumbai kaam par rehta hu
                        Aur sabse bejar system yeh hai ki in hdfc wale koi mail ka bhi reply nhi derte hai inka customorecare number bhi nhi lagta hai koi bhi maisare number laga ke chek kiya ek bhi nhi lagta hai aur in log contact bhi nhi karte hai
                        Mujhe case karna hai is company par mai kaise karu batajye mujhe..

                          I have been trying to book a flight ticket and also do a hotel booking from ''www.hdfcbankdinersclub.in''. As a part of this, I need to generate the voucher and use it for paying the charges. I am not able to generate the voucher from the above website; so I checked with the Conceirge service team who asked to generate the voucher using the net banking as they are not able to see any points against my credit card. When I go into net banking, I am able to see the accumulated points; though none of them are redeemable. I have been using a card ending 9079 which is due to expire in Sep, 2016. I have been given this new card ending 8778, which shows the points but none of them are available for redemption. This means that I have the points but not able to redeem them when I want them. This is HDFC''s problem which is causing loss and inconvenience to me. After repeated calls to the customer services, I am not able to get this resolved. I want this to be done as early as possible and also I HDFC to book the flights and hotel at the same rate they are currently available - purely because this is HDFC''s problem and not mine.

                            Respected sir,

                            By way of introduction, my name is bhawna gosain and i am key account holder in your bank which uses all service like demat and mutual funds since 5 years
                            I was a holder of hdfc credit card also since 5 years. But my account manager called me 2 years back and converted my credit card to regalia hdfc credit card.
                            I had no interest in new credit card but my key account manager forced me to get upgrade and promised she will replicate all my transaction on new card.
                            My previous card had full standing instruction on all payments. She said she will replicate the same. I was not able to withdraw any money from my card since 2 months so i called the call center on 1st may where i got the information that my credit limit has expired. The instruction replicated by my account manager was minimum amount and not total amount. There is a bill of 3 lakhs 16 thousand on my credit card which included taxes of around 35 thousands (Bank charges).
                            Please note the following points :

                            1. I had no interest in auto update of card but the key account manager urged me to get the new card. The old points and telephone connections were replicated but the standing instruction of full amount was not replicated by her.Instead she put a standing instruction of minimum amount which i was not aware
                            2. Apparently i got no mobile alerts or calls from the center. They had forwarded email of monthly credit card transaction which was going in my junk communication.
                            3. There was no communication on my non billed amount which is completely unprofessional and illegal
                            4. The total taxes or charges levied by your bank is 35k. If you check my liquidity with hdfc for last 3 years you will find it was never less than 4 lakhs
                            5. I was not able to do any transaction on my credit card since 2 months and when i call the key account person (Who has changed) i came to know that my credit limit was exhausted
                            6. Please also find snapshot of my net banking account in which it always showed zero unbilled transaction.

                            This is a bad and nonprofessional attitude against a loyal customer. I have already done transaction of 2 lakh 90 thousand. Please way off rest charges which were levied by the bank.

                              I am avnish kumar having a account with HDFC bank kirti nagar branch. one day 08/04/2016 evening I received 3 transaction message from my hdfc bank account.All three transaction done at IRCTC at NEW DELHI. All three transaction not done by me. I check immediate my wallet and i found my debit card in my wallet. Then immediate called HDFC customer care and told him about that, And blocked my A/C, debit card, Net-banking all mode blocked by customer. And he provide me a complaint reference no. as given below:

                                I was oredered a provogue watch from HDFC net banking offer but i am received a defected watch from provogue mens roman dial watch . i am lodge a complaint on dt 10.05.2016 at provogue customer care service but no action was taken by provogue watch co. on my complaint i am very surprised to see that how can hdfc bank deliver a defected watch to our customer . it is not good for your bank . your bank image affected to deliver a defected product offer watch . i am total ordered 5 watch and 2 watch was not work properely my customer id is 51346024 . so. i am requested to you that please take the action on my complaint and change my watches

                                  I am priyanka and I have my salary account in HDFC Bank and I also use a credit card of this bank too. On 31st may I recieved my salary and my credit card payment was due with an amount of 6k however I made the payment on 2nd june with an amount of 35 k and remaining balance was 15k and without any reason my money went on hold and I cant withdraw it as this is cheating that I made the payment and you have taken my money back kindly give to back otherwise this will be a big issue.

                                    My credit card usage outstanding was close to 2 Lakhs & I paid HDFC bank 2.3 Lakhs till date, after paying month on month for 2 years, which they term as Minimum Due.
                                    Initially (In early 2014) I requested them several times to convert my entire spent to EMI since the amount was big. However, they refused to do so, every time I requested them through mailer. I have all the mails & their responses.
                                    According to them, EMI can only be availed at the time of purchase, not after that. Whereas, other private bank (e.g Axis Bank) & nationalized bank (e.g SBI) provide EMI facility to customers even after purchase to enable proper & timely payment.
                                    In the meantime, failing to avail EMI option from the bank, I tried to procure a personal loan from every possible sources, to pay off the entire debt at a time, as I understood that, paying the due this way with huge interest, my entire life would be gone & still the amount deducted from my total outstanding would be negligible.
                                    But my CIBIL record was badly destroyed by that time by HDFC’s negative reporting, due to some late payments. Therefore, could not get approval for PL from any bank.
                                    It was the same bank, couple of years back, which upgraded my card to Platinum Plus from Gold within few months of issuing & increased my credit limit twice in 1.5 years. Also called me end number of times to avail a pre-approved Personal Loan up to 5 Lakhs for being a valued customer with an excellent credit history.
                                    I availed a PL of 2 Lakhs in 2008, from the same bank, which I paid back without missing a single EMI or any late payment. Still, I could not get a PL.
                                    Since last 5 months I stopped paying this minimum amount due (Rs.10000) towards my CC. Now, they have taken hold of my bank account by putting lien & auto debited the entire amount left in the account, which eventually resulted in failure of my EMI of another loan, which I never defaulted & is going to end in few months.

                                    Now, my only concern is, every month they are adding a huge interest amount & the outstanding has accumulated to 2.22 Lakhs as of today, even after paying 2.3 Lakhs till date. Since I have already paid more than the amount I spent, I stopped paying since January 2016.
                                    Consequently, they are calling every possible person who is known to me & harassing them as well.
                                    Please let me know what is the best possible way to come out of the situation?
                                    Should I take legal help to sort out the issue or go for out of the court settlement?

                                      Today I have received call form HDFC customer care number[protected] the name of the customer care execative was not confirm but I just remember his name is Sumit this call is regarding my pending credit card bills but the person talking on the call was very rude in talking n making disrespect us I am so unsatisfied while calling that the number and he is using abusing language this is very rude after our conversation from this customer care number he called us from his personal number that number is[protected] this call call from this number any use abusing language I am highly disagree with this behaviour of the HDFC Bank customer executive know any strong step is taken on my complain then I will forward to consumer Court I hope that some necessary steps were taken as soon as possible on my complaint yours faithfully Satbir Sharma thank you

                                        I am a new customer, received credit card only on 9th march’ 2016. I have used this card for purchase of 30, 000 on 15th march and 9, 000 cash withdrawn on 16th march. Issue started here on 18th march, bank statement generated on 17th march and sent to my personal mail box, but the notification message not sent to my mobile. However, statement for march month sent to my mail box, it is not possible to check all mails receiving everyday to my box.

                                        Everyone needs the trigger of message to mobile to go and check the mail box for the first month, as the new customer whoeverso don’t know the statement date initially.

                                        Your bank has failed to send a bill payment notification message to my mobile and so my plan on repayment of 39, 000 was collapsed. I have planned to pay 30, 000 by emi and 9, 000 in single pay.

                                        • card received on 9th march
                                        • 30, 000 received on 15th march
                                        • 9, 000 received on 16th march
                                        • message not sent to my moble for notification on repayment on 18th march, so that, as a new customer using credit for the first time, my repayment plan on 39, 000 collapsed.
                                        • i came to know that i received bill statment on 18th march and 18th april only when message to mobile sent only on 18th april.

                                        Late fee (9/4/16) – 700
                                        Bill finance charges on cash (17/4/16) - 323.71
                                        Finance charges (17/4/16) – 1044.75
                                        Cess tax (17/4/16) – 10.33

                                        April sub total = 2368

                                        I have raised this issue as complaint in the begining of april itself but no response from customer service team. Again the delay in actioning my complaint caused the below additional charges.

                                        Overlimit fee (19/4/16) – 500
                                        Service tax (17/5/16) – 252.63
                                        Billed finance charges on cash (17/5/16) – 284.72
                                        Cess tax (17/5/16) – 9.01

                                        April sub total (2368) + may sub total (2063) = 4431
