hdfc simply deducting my hard earn money

hi my name is randhir datta i am having my hdfc salary account Customer Relation ID : 48460659 hdfc is simply deducting my hard earn money in form of : 1)AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JUN2014 for Rs: 393.26 2) DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected] for Rs 350.59 where i have not travelled abroad at all . i was in pune city itself however . 3) DEBIT CARD PUR ADJ DT 01-08-14 : Rs 122.13 last month as well they deducted...

Dear Team, I am GIRDHER RAO MADDI recived a policy bond from hdfc life insurance co. ltd. Policy no 16589494 i don't want this policy i recived a call from unknown & he is saying that they need to sign on some document than company will give me bonus on my old hdfc life policy than some one come to my office & taken the sign on some documents but after 1 month i have recived a new hdfc policy bond which i don't want to continue. Request you to kindly cancel my policy & refund the Amount. also request you to kindly stop this type of wrong practice only because this reason in front of customer your company reputation is not good.     Hi Sir, The brief story of my concern. I have attached the LOC letter of closed personal loan and the written statement with this mail. I have been trying to cacel this policy by calling customer care office and visiting nearby hdfc ergo branch office with written statement to that office. So i am not to be blamed for any delay on cancellation of this policy. I took personal loan[protected] from HDFC Bank with HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] and after 6 months, i did top-up of that personal loan[protected] and got new personal loan[protected] and i was given again one more HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] without my consent from it. So currently there are two policies with my name for one personal loan. So I am requesting you to cancel my HDFC ERGO - sarv surksha policy[protected].I have called customer care several times to cancel the policy, what they told me was to go to any one of the nearby branch oofice and asked me to give written statement.I did so by going directly to one branch office at The status, Trivandrum, kerala and gave the written statement. Again i called the customer care office and asked them to cancel it.But this time what they told me was that like they did not receive the written statement from that branch office where i gave it, so asked me to get the LOC letter of closed personal loan from HDFC Branch and the written statement with reason for cancelling it and send these to [protected]@hdfcergo.com by scanning those. So i have got the LOC letter and the written statement and sending those by scanning to you for reference. Please cancel the policy and refund the full amount of HDFC ERGO's sarv suraksha policy[protected] and transfer the amount at my below HDFC Back account ASAP.       Dear HDFC Loan team,


      Recently I pulled one CIBIL report of my self and its shocking to see that so many enquiries have been made for the loan, without my consent and signatures.


      I just gave consent to one person in writing and once I applied thru my SB a/c online.


      I will appreciate that bank looks into the details, takes action against guilty who are HDFC Bank's DSA/Franchisee getting commission for application.


      I also will appreciate that an action taken detail is shared with me, failing which I shall be compelled to raise the issue with regulatory authorities.

          Dear Concern, with due respect. I am existing customer of HDFC bank having a/c no.: [protected]. I want to complaint one of the staff member of HDFC bank, Cuttack Branch. who has misbehave with me. i had taken a personal loan by HDFC bank. my personal loan number is 19604667. Due to some delay to received Foreigner Registration card from Company, I was unable to pay 2 EMI's till July, 2014, I have deposit cheque at Cuttack branch and That collection officer (Mr Biswaranjan Parmani, having cell no.: +91-[protected]) did not received the cheque, He told that we only received cash against provide receipt. But, I have no other option, So i bound to deposited cheque at his a/c no: [protected] on dated 26th July, 2014 (Cheque and Deposit slip attached herewith for your ready reference) and I have called him for how much money you have deposited in my loan account on 31st July, 2014. Then he started using slang's to me how dare you have to ask like this question. He also told me i am beggar/poor and i have no money to pay EMI at right time. Until unless this issue is not solved with mutually till I have not able to pay any single EMI of personal loan. I kindly request you to take some quick action against these people.in . please grant my complaint and take some action. If you are unable then I will file "MANHANI-Self respect" suit case against.             After getting sick and tired of 'special offers' for my company, I finally gave in and opted for HDFC credit card. All the documents were given and I received 4 verification calls. All the information too was promptly given. There were no updates regarding the card at any point and finally when the card came (I never thought it would!), my surname was spelt wrongly. I do not understand why such a basic information was goofed up. I contacted the Customer care and she told me that I would have to write an application stating the problem and give the letter at the nearest branch. When I told her that it is HDFC's problem and they should get it rectified instead, she put me on hold (a way of tackling 'pesky' customers who will soon get bored listening to the music and hang up). Request HDFC to either issue me a card with my proper name or return back my papers. I will NOT be doing the running from pillar to post business.

              After getting sick and tired of calls for credit card, I finally decided to opt for one since there was a 'special offer' going on for my company. All the supporting documents were given. I received as many as 4 verification calls and proper details were given. In spite of this, finally, when the card arrived (I thought it never would!), the name has been printed wrongly. When I got in touch with the customer care, I was told to give that in writing and drop it at the nearest branch. When I said that it was a mistake on front of HDFC, the representative just put me on hold. This is a new way of tackling 'pesky' customers when they dont' have answers to your queries. Either HDFC should issue me a new card or take it back. I will not be doing any running around business. Aditya Divadkar [protected].

                  I had a credit card ending with XX9618 was expired on 5/2014. Before expiry bank told me that your renewed card will be respective billing address.
                  After few weeks a HDFC credit card agent called me and informed me that my expired card will be automatically closed once I apply for a new one.So I go ahead and submitted my document.
                  CC Ref NO : CC[protected].
                  And I also received verification call for my newly applied card. After 2 weeks when I checked the status of the card by calling 6160 6161, they are saying that your expired card needs to be "CLOSED" by sending a letter to Chennai HO (Where I was told that, once I apply for new card expired card will be automatically close).

                  As my expectation from HDFC has been deeply hurted. Please don't waste any more time with HDFC Credit Card.

                    Got a 4th verification call from 'HDFC Bank' from the following number: [protected]. The person at the other end wanted my debit card number for 'verification' purposes. I am wondering why this was not asked to me in the previous 3 verification calls. Also, on one hand, I am getting mails and SMS from HDFC Bank saying that these personal details should not be revealed to anyone and HDFC bank will NEVER ask for them. Can someone tell me what is going on?

                      I am (supposed to be?) a 'privileged' customer of HDFC Bank. I work for a leading MNC and after receiving calls almost everyday for credit card since there were 'special' offers going on for my company, I finally decided to opt for one. All papers have been submitted, and the 'verification' calls have also been entertained. I was called on my cell phone, residential address and office extension by 3 different people for verification purposes. It has been more than a month now, and there is no sign of the card and no updates as well. The least that HDFC can do is ONE of the following: Either give me the card OR return my papers. They should also stop telling people that they will receive the card within 10 days and stop this 'special offer' business as well. Contact me on [protected] for more details. Aditya Divadkar.

                        Sub : Complaint for Home Loan Proposal : Rahul Singh
                        I have submitted my home Loan proposal to you and am sorry to say that till date my loan proposal is yet not sanctioned and more than one and half months have passed I have not heard any communication in this regard. The way your office is processing my file is very annoying and irritating. Initially I was told that I will get Top Up on both my home loans and thereafter I was told that I will get only one Top up. Even then I was ready but more than one month has passed and I am not clear whether my file has been sanctioned or not. I was totally disagreed with the valuation of all my properties and has requested for revaluation and despite my request no revaluation was done on my request. About 7 days ago Your sales executive Mr Prakash Told to give Legal fees to some advocate Mr Jha for legal opinion on the property .I was surprised to note when I called Branch Manager Mr Vivek Dwivedi he told that my loan proposal has been declined. I want explanation when my loan has not been sanctioned how you have encashed my processing fees. I want my complete processing fees to be refunded and explain why this correspondence was not made to me that my loan proposal has been declined. I am sorry to say that this kind of services and treatment was not expected from a reputed organization HDFC Ltd.

                          I have been using an HDFC card since 2009 I have used it for many transactions and paid them in full on correct time. It was during 2012 I have swiped my card many times and converted them to many EMI’s (6 EMI’s). As of Nov ’12 my total outstanding amount 1, 25, 700 which I have paid by Oct ’12 itself? Everything was going smooth till May ’13 suddenly I get a call from HDFC collection department stating that the amount which I have paid has been adjusted towards my Emi and I still have to pay 70K. I was shocked to hear this immediately I went to HDFC collections department in nungambakkam branch and contacted the manager (His highness Mr. Dispute Ayyanaar)> Where he explained to me that this is a issue to credit card team and amount which I have paid is correct only and remaining I need to pay of 8, 000 and asked me to contact customer care department and furthermore asked me to escalate it to “Dispute team”. When I contacted the customer care I had a chance to talk with some Abhishek (On conversing with Abhishek and His highness Mr. Dispute Ayyanaar I strongly believed that a Born lunatic stray dog is more cultured than these two) hence shouted at me like anything and said that Collection department folks will tell many lies to make you pay the amount and I should pay 70K with immediate effect and there is no such DISPUTE team present in the Customer care. On hearing which I immediately contacted His highness Mr. Dispute Ayyanaar he again yelled at me that Customer care team will never ever say like that and ordered to pay full amount of 70K I was shocked on hearing that and I asked last month you said just 8K. He again said I didn’t say anything like that. I escalated this issue as my as I can even to Aditya Puri but no use, I don’t know for what reason they are using Mailbox’s (I believe they have ruled the mailbox that if any complaints is received it should directly go to Trash) I am fed up using HDFC bank credit card and I suggest that please don’t believe in that fraudsters.

                          My apologies for replying very late Mr. Bejoy, but this is for your kind information that i would have sent close to 100 mails to your mail boxes ( all the mailboxes which you may have) but no use. I believe a rule has been created in the mailbox that if you receive any mail it goes directly to the
                          trash. I am really pissed of[censored]sing your services, On hearing my experience many of my colleagues have wrapped sacked trashed their respective cards and we have taken an oath never to trust any words from banks (Especially from HDFC PEOPLE).                           And for god sake please don't let Mr great astounding dashing ravishing model "Dispute Ayyanar" to any of your clients other wise you people will land up in big trouble because of him (He and his arrogant mouth)

                              HDFC bank deducted amount from my account with out any prior notification. I do not even what is this deduction and why did they deduct. Amount deducted on 26th July 2014. 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 110714 I need clarification on it.
