Hi,

Recently I applied for a top of my personal loan so irritated and upset with the slow process. It's been more month after submitting the required documents however no update on the loan. I just keep getting a message starting that loan has been approved. Frustrating to get a loan approved in such cases, please don't have your facility call the customers repeatedly begging to take loans.. Worst customer service. Hope at least you go through this email properly.

    I haven't been using this credit card at all and would really like to understand how come certain charges are being tagged to my account. Even the last payment, that happened to this credit card was automatically deducted from my bank account post which I surely haven't used the card at all.

    All the charges levied and being showed as pending for payment are completely unauthorized charges and are being levied on my card which I haven't been using at all.

      I am very frustrated with hdfc bank customer service. I did not get my credit card statement in my email for car ending with 4717. And now i am getting threatening calls from collection department to pay the amount. When i am trying to access netbanking to get the details, it is showing me error in system which is also the reply i got from customer care representative. I would like to escalate this matter to the concerned person/team so as to get it resolved asap. My other details are as follows:

          I have availed a credit which I blocked later due to some issues ..when I tried to get a new credit card ..d response is disappointing ..gt to know other than unblocking I do not have any other option..very disgusting .. poor customer service...I got to know that I should nt apply fr other ...irritating .I submitted all the documents unless until I followed upd I don't get any response

            I am Narsing Gurav was the customer of HDFC credit card No:[protected] which i have closed on 02/03/2015 .One of my LIC policy ECS was registered on the same card which was of amount 8064/- half year basis.The amount was deducted from my credit card on 04/03/2015 which in actual should be deducted in June (Don't know the reason why LIC deducted it in March), i did not received any statement of credit card for the same afterword.I was not aware of the above deduction.The card was closed and i do have the documented proofs for all the above statements.Kindly check the attachment. After deduction of LIC amount HDFC sent me the bill of credit card 20052/- which to high and they added the finance charges in it till date for which i am not definitely eligible.Then the amount was holded from my HDFC bank salary account no :..., which was without any intimation and without any fault of mine.Then after some days they deducted the amount 19952.37/- from my account without any intimation to me.After all this trouble i visited your Kanjurmarg East Mumbai branch and met the branch manager Miss.Samitha Panchal called from no: [protected]. I also got the call from Miss. Vandana Verma, Miss. Jyoti called from nos: [protected] and [protected] from delhi, for the settlement of the above issue.According to there guidance they suggest me to visit kanjurmarg branch for collection of settlement letter dated 18/05/2016 from Mr.Yatin Parab.As per my discussion with them, they told me to pay 10000/- rupees as a settlement amount and after payment they will release my complete amount which HDFC deducted from my salary account. I paid the required amount to Kanjurmarg west, mumbai branch .So according to which i should get my account credited with amount of 19952.37/- as per decided by HDFC team.But now your team refused to credit the amount and only ready to credit 10000/- which is not acceptable by me.After all the above harassment and trouble, continuous follow ups(Minimum 10-15 calls per day from last 2-3 days) for refund how you peoples are doing this to me?I am very upset with this behaviour and i completely lost trust in your bank and your peoples.So i am requesting you to refund me my complete amount (19952.37/-) to my salary account no ... as per your commitment.

            HDFC is a big name in banks and we really don't expect this type of service from you.I am hoping some positive action from all your team so that i will maintain the relationship with the bank in future too.

              Worst services provided by hdfc. As my loan application is still under scrutiny and their support staff are mentally and physically harassing me for document collection again and again. I would like to cancel my loan application no 39754435. I would also tell others not to have any association with hdfc who is providing worst services to a 7 year old salary account holder of hdfc as well as credit card. Please revert back at the earliest or else close the application. This is mental agony at its worst through the hands of hdfc customer support staff and officials. At a time when banking industry is crumbling under pressure to perform the careless attitude of hdfc staff towards their customers is not at all acceptable and it is shameful on hdfc part to harass their customers. Please do the needful at the earliest as i hope you will do after this response.

                I used to carry a credit card of HDFC bank which gave me the worst experience ever faced in life. If you query to bank employee they will redirect you to call customer care and again customer care will redirect to bank. You will just run pillar to post to resolve issue and the same will not get resolved for years together. I suggested to all my friends and family for not to take any service from this worst bank. In specific, I am speaking the worst experience I have received from credit card department, Bhubaneswar Branch, Orissa. They only know to throw their responsibility to other without trying to resolve the issue.

                Friend, i urge you not to take any service (Savings, Credit card, DMAT) of HDFC Bank.

                  On dated 30jan-2016 i went to atm at 10:50 am approximately and extracted money 10000 inr from my hdfc account no:[protected] at idbi (Id no.3212) atm located at pithampur. But amount from my account deducted and money not reieved by me, i have done lot of followup with hdfc bak, but they are not giving satisfactory answer and not done any action, kindly help me.

                    Dear sir,

                    I purchased this policy through hdfc life agent ms kanimozhi (Agent code[protected]. She has given so many fake promises. We believed everything what she said because she was selling product for hdfc organization. We trust the organization. That agent said it is a one time investment, no need to pay any further premium

                    Once i received the policy, i came to know that i should pay the premium every year. I contacted hdfc life agent kanimozhi. She said no need to worry about what is said in the documents and she promised you no need to premium every year.

                    But i received sms and e-mails continuously to pay the premium amount. Then i contacted their agent kanimozhi and asked again. She said no need to worry about sms and mails. I doubted with her reply. So i demanded her to close my policy and wanted my money back. She said i relieved from the company so she told me to give a copy of a document to a person who was standing in front of the entrance of hdfc bank villupuram

                    When i took this policy i was in kattumannarkoil. She (Agent) was in villupuram. (100 k. M distance) so i never met her. I spoke with her through phone only. She sent all documents through courier to get my signature. At the time of taking policy she has given the following promises

                    1. It is a one time investment policy. No need to pay any premium

                    2. After five year you will get the invested amount in double with bonus

                    3. The amount will be invested in share market the amount will never go down it will get multiple benefits

                    4. Within the period of five years at any point of time you can get your money back without any benefits

                    Now she left from your company. Theirr agent kanimozhi has given so many fake promises and made me to join. Now i am going here and there and wasting my money and time to get back my mone

                    I request pl take necessary action to get my money back.

                    Because of their agents fake statements only i joined. Now i come to know every thing the said is wrong. For the past three years i am trying to get my money back.

                    All my request is give my money back

                    On 30/05/2016 I received a call from customer care. simply they asked all the story again. after listening all the story the call get disconnected it might be done by the person who speak with me, I dont know how to get back my money from these people. I have sent so many mails demanding my money back, they simply call and listen all the story and tell we will try to solve your problem. Nothing happened so fo. i am struggling for the past three years

                    I raised this complaint 4 years before still i didnt get my money back, i am struggling for years, just they called and simply telling there is no way to return back your money, i paid 60000 rs, if the policy is not continued they will take everything what we paid?? curbing money in the name of policy is so relentless,

                        Sorry to say but from bangalore credit card provider agent has been used the mobile number of a lady in personal way and torturing her daily by calling and messaging continiously his name was abid and from credit card department bangalore he was about to call nestaway company employee to offer a credit card and he gone with that number personally and talking rubbish, i request you to kindly find out that and terminate him from your bank or else i should have to go legally against your credit card team.

                        His name was abid from hdfc credit card department bangalore.

                          I got call from delhi the executive told he is calling from hdfc life insurance he gave me details of plan the details was very clear and attractive today i got call from his manager to confirm he was about to send executive when i asked plan name which he told sanchay income plan i called customer care of hdfc life ins found 90% of information given to me was fake i have all calls recorded
                          U have given agency to such people who ruining ur brand name if want recorded calls and details reply me

                            I am using HDFC Credit Card from more than 18 Months. I never misused Card and i never delayed in Payment. I am using the card as per proper instructions. But still my CIBIL score is not updated in CIBIL Transunion account. I have complaint this to HDFC bank people and Customer Care and Grievance Cell. But no one has not respond properly and no one will give proper reason for my issue. I have raised this multiple times but not yet sorted.

                              My credit card has expired on june 2015 and i have paid credit card bill on 23 nov[protected], all outstanding and everything whatever was showing in mail)

                              However i am getting mail to pay again 4135 rupees again. There was no phone communication happened. If i have paid all amount on nov 2015 still they are sending me mails to pay outstanding amount in this month.

                              I have used netbanking to pay that 4224 rupess on 23 nov 2015, i have valid email statement also (Attaching the same).

                              Why do i pay that amount if i had paid all the amount. Need explaination, hdfc is the worst bank ever.

                                  Dear sir/mam, I, dinesh singh (a/c no- [protected]) am using a credit card from HDFC Bank from where I got a limit of 50000/- but due to some personal reasons this time my payments are not on time.My current outstanding is near by 58000/- regarding this today I received a call from Lucknow mr sachin were on line ([protected]) and he was using the words like that I borrowed money from sachin. He was using slang languages. If I am paying interest on used amount then what's the issue and my payment is delay but I have not denied that I'll not pay. I know that credit card used amount are insured by insurance agency for all the banks and govt has also in involvement in credit card problem for consumer. My credit card's last payment date is last of May month. If again I received any call regarding credit card payment and if any one will talk like this I will sue against him/her for mental harrasment. Mob-- [protected]

                                    My name is kalpesh chavan and i am banking with hdfc from last10 years. I hold a credit card ending with 2456 with hdfc from last 7 years wnding with 2456.

                                    This mail isto draw your attention towards the kind of people who are working in your collections team (Kanjurmarg east). Let me tell you the whole story...

                                    I have taken a jumbo loan via my credit card through hdfc bank in 2015. Since then i am a regular payer who pays the emi on time and never misses the payment except of 2 instances.
                                    The last time when i missed my payment in the month of january (Dont remember exactly) i had payed the emi which got missed and the current one together.

                                    This month i missed the payment due to some financial crunch and surprisingly this time i faced a terrible time with hdfc collection team. A guy name ravi from the collection team was so rude and was talking like a goon with me. Today when he called me i was not able to talk to him because i was in a meeting, he then started calling the alternate number which is of my sister and started to scare the hell out of her.

                                    When i called him and asked him why did you call her and threatened her,? His answer was amazing, he said that he just want the payment nad dont want to talk anything else.

                                    You as a brand really want to harass people and take out the money i understand if someone has a habit of missing payments and is not regular. But a person like me who is regular and just missed it once you are harrassing me so much.

                                    I dont have any problems about making the payments. I want to make it and will make it on 22nd of may (Both the payments). But this guy is not ready to wait and insulting, screaming, shouting and theratning me to make it before 3pm today.

                                    I hope that i hear from you something asap

                                    Anyways this guy has threatened me that he wants the payment by 6pm today otherwise...

                                    If i dont hear from you asap. I will make sure that i and my family members stop using your bank services.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have paid for hdfc life policy an amount of rupees 8478, but the amount is deducted twice for the same proposal number 18150203

                                      Amount of rupees 8478 is deducted twice on 18/01/2016 so total amount deducted is 8478x2 = 16956

                                      I received refund for the extra amount deducted that is on 03/02/2016 891 + 7587 = 8478rs

                                      So hdfc life is having my 8478 rupees now

                                      My cancer care policy is accepted for which the premium of 891 is deducted.
                                      As my policy is postponed, hdfc life promised to refund all the amount which is 7587 i did not receive this. I have been explaining them on every email they are not responding. I have sent more than 20 emails regarding this, they keep on saying its refunded, i have shared my bank statement 3-4 times.
                                      HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have done net banking as per your executive instruction on 10/05/2016. Kindly look over this. This will be consider as serious issue. Am gonna complaint to your higher authority, if this issue will be solved by end of the day. Could you please let me know why your bank is deducted 2 emi in same month (10/05/2016 & 16/05/2016)? For your reference i have attached an bank statement details.
