Dears,

i am an NRI and went to HDFC BANK to open a locker instead the guy ritesh jain ritesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com told me that they cant give me a locker unless i have a FD with them i told him i don't have that much saving than he told me that i have to pay 15, 000 PM and get the FD and said i can withdraw it any time i thought it to be a recurring deposit and signed the documents without actually reading it (some documents i sent to him by mail), since they mentioned my oversees address i received the policy after the grace period and i was shocked to see that its and endowment policy, by that time i had already paid 6 installments, i stopped paying further installments and than after 2 years i though i will withdraw the money and called them up but to my again shock the customer service people (as the financial consultant stopped answering my phone calls and responding to my mails)told me that i will not get any refund since the policy has not been paid for a minimum period of 2 years i did not wanted to lose my 90, 000 and hence when i went to India i spoke to the branch manager and explain to him the case he introduce me to another lady (since the original financial consultant ritesh jain on new year vacation to Malaysia) name [protected]@hdfclife.com she told me to pay the arrears so that i can recover all the money i paid them 334, 000 as an arrears + the policy revival fees.

now when i am asking for the refund they are saying i will get 150, 000 or even less (now [protected]@hdfclife also not responding to mails and calls) and even the [protected]@hdfclife.com, [protected]@hdfclife.com and [protected]@hdfclife.com are not responding please advise how can they do this and even when i read the policy i was surprised to see that my sum assured mentioned is 834, 000, how can i pay them 12, 60, 0000 and after 10 years take 834, 000 how IRDA approves such policy, is there a remedy available to the customer for such lairs.

i am in deep shock and need help

    My credit card payment of only Rs.2900/- is overdue. I have informed over the phone that I will pay in the next week but still I am getting over 20-30 phone calls per day from recovery dept and the female caller Ms Manisha talked in very rude manner literally insulting me. She even sent the person to my office asking me to pay money immediately.

        Hi this is dr amit tirth from moradabad today i went to hdfc atm on sai mandir road between 9 to 9.15 pm when i was doing the transaction my 1.5 years baby was with me suddenly when i was waiting after inserting card i got a heavy electric shock in both of my hands the care taker pratap singh was there in the cabin. after that i ddnt made the transaction i asked the person rakesh to take out my card and i went out of atm. still m habing burning sensation in both of my hands. it is a serious issue i have informed the local police control room also. i was wearing green t shirt and blur trosure and my baby blue frok. this is horrible the care taker was not having any emergency number to contact. ill try that necessary action will be taken agains the athority.

              Transfer money from lost food card to new food card

              I have lost my hdfc food card (No. [protected]) and re-issued new food card (No. [protected]).
              By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

              Kindly, can you please transfer the balance amount of my lost food card into new hdfc food card (No. [protected]).

              Due to payment terminal problem I had ended up paying 3 times(INR 12144 X3) in the month of Feb 2016.

                    I applied for home loan at last year April then i submit all the documents to hdfc representative Mr.KrishnaKumar and he processed my document after processing Technical department reject my file so that i ask to refund of which one i paid to hdfc for processing fees Amount of INR 8989 Via Check leaf but they said to contact to Mr.Satheesh at Adayar branch so that i went to branch and meet Mr.Sateesh and request to refund my money then he said to process this refund but very long days after e is not processed my file then again i visited branch i meet Sateesh he said need letter from me then i gave request letter also after some days i called to them he said request letter mentioned Doc No wrong so that he said send for request mail that one also i sent again he is not processed so again i visit to branch that time branch manager Mr. Vipin sing meet me and e agree to process my document but after 3 month completed still it is not processed it is very disappointing me because i am one of the customer of hdfc they are not responding Existing Customer also refund my Processing fees it irritating to hdfc home loan sanction department at adayar branch

                      This is vinod here and i am totally fed up of complaining several times to your team about sending me unsolicited sms to my mobile number.

                      Previous instances were reported under pno[protected]ma, hbl=[protected]hbl=[protected] and through several other different complaints.

                      Today (10/03/2016), i received a sms from vm-hdfcmp at 03:17 am and the message reads, "dear customer, now recieving funds instantly on imps and chillr just got simpler. Use this pre-generated mmid 9240039 for your hdfc bank a/c no. Xxxxxxxx0549."

                      Could any of you explain to me the need for sending me an sms at around 03:17 am just to inform about some bloody crap that i am not even bothered??

                      I believe the best way ahead is to strictly terminate the biggest fool on earth whoever decided to send such an sms at midnight. Please inform your management that such rascals should be thrown off immediately as these are serious impediments to a bank like hdfc. As a customer, i seriously do not care about the hierarchy, if it is a senior person, please escalate this to the executive heads of hdfc including the chairman and ceo of hdfc so that such fools are sacked immediately without a second thought.

                      Was someone at my home critical or is it that someone at your office was in a critical condition that an sms was sent almost around midnight. These are the only scenarios when people will expect sms or calls at midnight or early morning hours.

                      If you do not stop such instances, then i will be forced to goto consumer court and report the stupidities of your bank

                      Please remove my number from all your lists and do not send me any sms apart from the transactional sms. — thanks and regards,

                          on 24th february there was a deduction of 858.75 Rs/ from my account as Debit Card Annual Fee .This is my salary account and I have talked to a HDFC bank executives also and he mentioned that there are no such deduction made from the banks.                           As i have complained on this forum, immediately i got a call from [protected] and the person asked me all the details of my hdfc card saying that he will refund the same amount immediately.and he asked me otp several times and hence my 2000 amount has been deducted and thereafter again 1000 was deducted as from oxigen wallet. and he didn't refunded any amount as such and 3000 got deducted immediately.Please see to this serious issues immediately and call on my no [protected].

                                My HDFC Bank account no. is [protected] is on Hold.

                                The reason told to me is non payment of minimum due of my Credit Card (New)No.[protected].

                                I have old credit card no.[protected] valid from Feb, 2013 to Feb, 2016.

                                There was amount due in my old credit card and new card was on process.

                                I did not know that to make payment to which card( old or new).I visited to HDFC GK-2 branch to clear my doubts and they were unable to clarify.
                                I waited for new card to pay my due, I received it late and my minimum due was increased. Now upto March, 2016 my minimum due was Rs.16, 656/- which I already paid on March 04, 2016.

                                HDFC hold my whole account, I can not use my money.

                                Even after so many calls made to them on[protected]/66668102 /61606161 and many more, all numbers are not working or not piced up by anybosy.

                                If I call to customer care, they transfer calls from one department to another but not able to help.

                                As I am sincere customer of HDFC paying may all dues of Credit Card since 2013 and also paid my personal loan installments (36) within time, its very unfortunate to hold the account of that customer even the due has been made.

                                Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                  HDFC bank used to provide a toll free numbers, which they have completely stopped now :

                                  None of these numbers work nowadays. They have converted all the numbers into paid numbers. Also, there is no direct email support ( except for credit cards ) .

                                  Additionally, the complaint and greivance forms they provide on their official website are either broken, or there are only options for products and services. There is no option to choose any general grievance or complaint. Many a times you cannot just choose any of them.


                                  If they can provide toll free numbers for customers out of India, why don't they provide a toll free number for Indian Customers ?

                                  I have paid EMI regularly.
                                  FYI.
                                  Even after 3 Months where I was supposed to get back Rs 10000 Cash Back For IPHONE.

                                  Till date not a single EMI has been missed but every time every month I am told by Customer Care by 5th of next month I will receive.
                                  Amount will be Credited to my Account by month end.

                                  They said as they have received a email from IPHONE Concerned departments all Cash Back will be credited by 30th June 2018. And it won’t be delayed and they apologized for the same.

                                  Confirm me by email by 30th June 2018 Rs 10000 Cash Back will be Credited to my Loan Account.

                                  Dear Sir.

                                  I Mrs Gayatri Jeevan Shenoy had purchased IPHONE from Reliance Digital Thane.

                                  As I wanted to buy on loan. I had not made up my mind.

                                  But your HDFC Consumer Loan department was quiet good at convincing me to buy IPHONE and assured me I will get Rs 10000 Cash Back after paying 3 EMI of Rs 4034.

                                  This IPHONE was purchased in January 2018.
                                  Consumer Loan Account Number is: [protected].

                                  I have paid EMI regularly.
                                  FYI.
                                  Even after 3 Months where I was supposed to get back Rs 10000 Cash Back For IPHONE.

                                  Till date not a single EMI has been missed but every time every month I am told by Customer Care by 5th of next month I will receive.
                                  Amount will be Credited to my Account by month end.

                                  The request number given to me is : [protected]

                                  Today 15th June also I am told it will be definitely credited in my Account by June month end.

                                  They said as they have received a email from IPHONE Concerned departments all Cash Back will be credited by 30th June 2018. And it won’t be delayed and they apologized for the same.

                                  I need to have a email regarding facts for IPHONE Cash Back of my Account.

                                  Confirm me by email by 30th June 2018 Rs 10000 Cash Back will be Credited to my Loan Account.

                                      Attunt realty private limited & attune tour and travel private limited are two company o[censored]s. We have two current account at city center branch, durgapur.
                                      We are not getting proper service from bank as we want. After visiting several times we did not get the cheque book from them.
                                      This is a single issue i told.
