Delay in claim settlement

i would like to share my experience with hdfc ergo claim service. this is the worst company which commits very much when you purchase the mediclaim policy. there modus operendi is very simple they keep on sending quarries after queries till the customer is fully haraased and he feels that it is better to pay the cash amount then waste time is settling the querries.

I have Purchased puma and Reebok shoes from Snapdeal.com Through HDFC credit card on 2nd nov, 2015 order no. [protected]. At that time a scheme, hdfc 10% cashback was there on my product. So i fullfilled all the conditions to avail the discount and snapdeal to be deposited Rs. 338 on 6th jan 2016. But i didn’t gate any refund till date. I have ragister complaint against it. Complaint regarding pf statement and pf account

Credit card - False promises and pathetic bank behavior including customer care and senior management
